  1. I don't think that's going to help the OP much, given he's only got two weeks left before travel. It looks like he's either going to have to take the weaker hotel, pay more and get a better hotel, or cancel and pray he can book with someone else but that'll no doubt cost more.
  2. Actually, in their T&Cs they say they will cover you under UK law. However, that means squat as you've signed up to their conditions: Details here Check sections 8, 9 and 10.
  3. Just checked, they're not ATOL protected: In fact, they're based in Spain. This is a copy of their Spanish licence! You may have very little comeback on this, as you will have signed up under Spanish law.
  4. It was never a law that cameras had to be yellow, it was down to the individual local authority.
  5. As above, T&Cs will tell you. Equal or better will simply mean star rating. You may have to suck it up then complain on the way back, or take it to ATOL now and see what they say.
  6. There is credible evidence, the opinion of two officers is enough for that. It is assumed that they are not infallible, and that's often where the system falls down.
  7. I don't doubt for one second the OP is telling the truth here, but there's no way he's going to win in court, sadly.
  8. Do you click on unwanted attachments and links? If so, then you need an AV. Anything will do, really. There is no AV that captures EVERYTHING, they all claim to be better than each other at something. If not, then you don't. No harm in having one for those times you get on the computer drunk as a skunk.
  9. The bell alarm for not belt is not a great defence to rely on, as it can be easily beaten by simply plugging the belt in then sitting on it.
  10. Well, if he doesn't have a virus then it's as good for less money. I use AVAST too, although common sense is far more useful.
  11. Is a solicitor going to cost you more than £100? If the answer is yes, then don't contest. If the answer is no AND he feels you've a good case, then go for it.
  12. To be fair to them, that could genuinely have looked like you put the belt on after you saw them, and they're used to people giving feeble excuses. Not that yours was, but you know what I mean. Sadly, some you win and some you lose in life. This time they were wrong, but there's precious little you can do about it. I wouldn't even bother trying to argue in court, not for the sake of £100. You have my sympathies.
  13. I think they're a nice colour.
  14. You can't really, only an admin can, however you could just try not using the one you don't actually want. Same effect.
  15. If people didn't click things they shouldn't, like uninvited links and attachments, you'd never need virus protection really. Firewall is a must-have, but sensible people don't really need AV. /controversial

Not that dirty ho Rihanna, but the gorgeous Shakira Never really been a huge fan of her, but she looks absolutely stunning in this video. Also Kate Upton in the Easter Bunny vid, but I'm not linking to that.
  17. Bargain, everywhere is sold out now so this is a great opportunity for someone to tag along with a bunch of thoroughly decent folks
  18. The only trouble with telling your missus that something cost just 10% of what you paid for it is that, when you die, she'll sell it for than and not the true value
  19. Bingo, that's exactly what should come to mind when you think of a Nismo
  20. Without looking at it up close it's hard to say for certain, but I think I'd be happy using that for a harness bar. It's connected to the seatbelt mount points, and looks to connect in lower down as well, so should give more than enough support for harnesses in case of an accident. You'd need to check on the bolts that attach the bar to the side supports though.
  21. I know you're kidding around, but that illustrates my point exactly about how Nissan have killed/are killing the Nismo brand. I could walk into town and take a selfie of myself smiling away whilst sat in a Juke Nismo, and that would satisfy your comment quite nicely. Nismo should've stayed a performance name, not a combination of a token power increase and excess styling one IMHO. As a keen driver, I should want a Nismo car due to the history of the name, not merely glancing at the badge stuck to a mini-SUV.
  22. Friday I'll be at the GBW at St Saturnin and then the PHFS during the day, then I've no idea what I'm doing in the evening. Probably going to invade Doc's lot
