Stew - dont hang around buy it - that is a once in a lifetime find! I love how they say you could use it as a mushroom farm! Seriously worth considering! Just think how many bikes cleaning products you could store there! On a practical note - as its got a plant room I guess power generator etc - why not consider converting some of the rooms into either document storage or server rooms for data storage - internet hosting etc - you could get the income from that to pay your mortgage off ! Lots of cool uses as well as the ultimate blokes playroom - huge TV PS2 etc etc etc

Crucial - you can find them for around the £14K mark - my 2007 313 Night Blue was'nt too much more than that when I part ex'd it last year just they will be a slightly higher mileage which is'nt an issue with these cars as they are rock solid. As Greekman pointed out check for leaks and that the hood works well. Have a look around autotrader etc dont just rely on Nissans' own site. Unbiased but go for the later engine 2007 model onwards but ensure it has the bulging bonnet and not a late registered one for the previous model

I am only a short ar&e compared to you giants but I had no issues with the ragtop, it's a great comfy car and best ragtop or the money. I wouldn't recommend putting children in the front seat as mentioned you can't switch the airbags up they are not just in the dash but also in the seats remember . Good luck with it anyway

They all have a ring of rust on the back - its just the nature of the brakes and where water settles. It may be a good idea to have the disc's skimmed as long as they are not worn too much!
