Erm, what cabin air filter?????

450 is easy enough cruising the motorway. Try slip-streaming a large coach at 60-65mph or big truck at 55mph (stay about 20ft back, max) for mpg in the high 40's. You have to keep sharp driving so close but if you are very short of fuel and money, it's a good trick.

It's a lon g held myth that you shouldn't mix oils - grade of oil and particularly synth and non-synth. As Oilman has finally put to rest, thsi is not the case at all and you can mix oils. Do a search for posts by Oilman for as much detail as you could ever want

Hmm... After seeing Jays excellent red brembos I`m toying with the idea of some white ones for my Azure Blue. Any opinions? Nice/Not Nice? I guess I had better find out the price too!

Good move I set mine to 5200. It flashes to say I`m giving it some boot and then when it goes constant I get a few more seconds to judge the moment then, *bam*, change the gear. Great fun!

Yep, it's a moany thread, that's the point of it, you go for it mate I forgot about the Lumbar support, yes, that is a pain. I`m tall and the seat tends to round my shoulders a little. A lumbar would cure that.

I nipped down for a look at lunchtime (thanks for the coffee Phil). The car looks v.nice and by the time , and have been fitted, along with the really well made it will look sweet

I`m surprised by the poor milage from Pilot Sports. They are known to be a very long lasting tyre and you shoudl get very good milages. I think you may need your tracking checking (or your ESP button gluing on )

I can't wear a sticker on my chest? a) I have a stoopid site name I would feel very stoopid and a little sad (no offence!) Maybe I can wear it under a lapel and just flash it at people Now, where did I leave that lapel... Not keen on that stupid ECU that thinks it knows best but if it is minor gripes we are talking about... Headlight switch is annoying as a quick flick of the indicator stalk can switch your lights back to sidelights or sidelights to main. Ventilation can be draughty when on auto, rather than unobtrusive. In-car noise when on concrete roads - but that's a Z 'thing' I guess. The lack of a cabin filter so in a queue behind a stinky exhaust gives you a full face-full of muck (even sub £10K cars have cabin filters!). RH dial with the clock/trip computer etc has a tacky display. I know its a legacy Z thing but I would rather have an oil temp or proper analogue clock. Who the hell uses a stopwatch FFS. Plus I was sick and tired of ICY being flashed up all the time. I know it's damn cold, I was just standing in it before I got into the car!!! Oh, and Lady Pardon. Don't even start me on that thing. I may as well not bother having a phone because I can't get her to call anyone half the time and no-one can hear what I say if I do! Looks like it back to an ear slug for me and I don't like wearing those things. I look like some BMW owning power-exec Other than that its a fab car
