  1. Take two pictures from an identical angle, and i'll edit them in photoshop for you if you've not got the software etc.
  2. Yeh it's not getting sold for £5.5k, so some people can chill out. Thanks for the comments though everyone... kind of makes me feel like i'd be mad to let it go. I've just been talking it over with my wife (still not used to saying that!) and we think i should keep it. It's not doing any harm or costing me a load of money, so i think i'll keep hold of it until something comes along which floats my boat that is a bit more race-inspired. ...or until someone makes me an offer i cant refuse.
  3. No danger, its a keeper! I hope it is for you mate.
  4. I think i'd need to to get what i want for it. I reckon i've got close to £2500 of parts on it that i could strip and sell quite easily, for not much extra cost to source alternative parts. It's just a shame to do so.
  5. So im not sure how i feel about this... but im considering letting my zed go in the next few months. Since getting the Range Rover Sport back in May i've done less than 200 miles in the zed, and cant see any time on the horizon when i'm likely to take it out either. I thought i'd treat it as my weekend car, but to be honest we'd rather go out in the range on the weekend too! I dont need to sell it, but i just feel like it's getting no use and will start to suffer the longer i leave it. I've just had my tax renewal though which is due at the end of August, and i dont know what to do...? I never drive it through the winter anyway, taking it off the road in November, so it's not even worth me taxing it for 6 months as i'll probably only take it out once or twice through Sept/Oct, so basically i'll be packing it up in 2 weeks until March next year...? That just doesnt feel right. I also dont feel like it's quick enough or focused enough to turn into a dedicated track car to warrant keeping it... i'd want to get something much lighter if i was to go down that route. So what would you do? How much it's worth is a tough question too... I know what i want for it, and what i feel it's worth (either as a whole or more likely in parts), but i'm sure that will raise an eyebrow or two on here! At the end of the day it's a 52-plate JDM, so that should put it at around the £5k mark, but with only 48k, full genuine Nismo kit, 19" Volk GTS with MPS2's, Nismo exhaust, RSW interior etc etc i would want more like £8k for it. What do you reckon folks... keep it or let it go?!
  6. I've not fitted an exhaust yet which hasnt needed the bolts cutting off.

Absolutely love it... but not in this country, sadly. This would have to be my 3rd car that i only wheel out for shows and such, rather than a second car which the zed is currently for me. However if i lived over the water then i'd have one of these, a mustang, a camaro and a viper in a second.
  8. Civic Type-R? I'd rather have one of those over a scooby any day.
  9. This is extremely cool. ...and Wasso was making a joke about your lack of tyres, not that you're getting mpss.
  10. Got anything to fit a Range Rover sport at a similar price?
  11. Good work Leon! Welcome Steve and Helen. There are lots of meets, but not too many around the north west lately. As mentioned, the Trafford Center crispy Kreme is our usual location if we're having one... I've been meaning to arrange one for a while, so will probably look to set one up in August/sept.
  12. Pm sent. Very interested pending price and condition.
  13. It's only an option, not all cars have it. My first jam didn't but my current one does. I think the button jumping is referring to is a small circular button to the left of TCS, which says 'auto' on it.
  14. Lovely pics will. Looks like a great day out.
  15. Yep intend to post a 'living with a go kart' thread at some point - the V on the front is a challenge, there is a forum sourced replacement option called a Splam grille but I am not sure, it looks like the car is smiling at me Game changer... I would consider one now, cheers col!
  16. Congrats on the new car, but its not for me, sorry. I've never driven one but would like to as I can appreciate the appeal, but the looks really put me off. It's the late nineties vauxhall 'V' in the grill which does it. If you could swap those out I might change my mind! Enjoy though, and keep us posted with it throughput the year to see how easy it is to live with.
  17. Really like these. It was on my list before I got the RRS but I still might get one in the future. I wanted a diesel with paddle shifts but they don't come in this spec, only petrol (for the MY I was looking at, not sure on newer ones).
