  1. Should be able to feed them off the headunit connectors easily enough. If you hunt around the net, the pin outs are available for the connectors. I would still use a multimeter to confirm though
  2. You need just shy of 1l (2 bottles), but best to go for 1.5l (3 bottles) just in case you do something stupid like bleed the resevoir dry during it or if there is some stuck air and you need to push a bit more through the system.
  3. Charming Jerry, how can you forget me, you wont be getting any of my pics then Nice one for trying though mate. I think the thing is, unless they are going to make a big feature of it, they rarely seem to send out photographers these days as there are so many "enthusiasts" that can take better pics than pros, they just leave it for the clubs to send in the pics. They tend to get better pics and they're free Look forward to seeing some mag coverage for it, you've put a lot of effort in
  4. Dont have one yet, but looking to go out and try and get one today. One app not mentioned before is RouteBuddy Atlas. OS maps on the phone without the need of a net connection. You have to buy the maps, but they are about the same price as an OS map. Brill for not so challenging walks where you just need a bit of guidance on the route
  5. I'd be fecking fuming if a garage I had paid to do the work had put the discs on backwards (fins facing the wrong way). I assume the DBAs in this instance have the normal fins and not the paw design ones? As the Paw design ones can be run either way around.
  6. £45 all in for me. Similar price for members on here too He spent 6 hours for £45 quid does he do house cleaning ect proper job nurrish +1
  7. Try and find another Chips Away or SMART repair place. I have 2 or 3 within reasonable distance of me so you should be able to find something where you are. Or even a detailer might be able to help. Just steer clear of anyone that says they dont touch certain colours or stone chips
  8. Power isnt everything, I expect the delivery of it would be awesome, a true track machine
  9. Will that AIRBOX fit pre-facelift Zeds? Yes, its the same as the 03-05 except it has a velocity stack like a popcharger I added an cold air feed to my popcharger and its reduced the temps pretty well (4C roughly). I'm supprised to hear the K&N ran hotter than the popcharger given that its a sealed airbox Just shows cars arent always logical
  10. To come to the defence of Chips Away, I have used them a few times (our local one) and they were excellent. Much better than the Nissan approved bodyshop that did some work. They even did my stone chips for free when they had it in for a scrape I got in the work car park. And this required them to mix up both mixtures they had for my colour code to get the right one. While it is true SMART repairs will never match a proper respray, a good SMART repair is far better than a bad respray! The problem with CA is that they are a franchise and they are only as good as your local one. Ours was very good, but the chap developed problems with his hands after so much sanding and rotary work, so unfortunately stopped doing it. Real shame as they were very good at what they do. They now run an alloy refurb place and did my wheels before Scotland. Again they did an excellent job, better than the refurbs I'd had before
  11. Looks like a good job, why not get him to sign up as a trader? He can post up his other jobs like the other detaillers then
  12. Hopefully soon to help knock the package price down. Dont expect O2 prices to change much at all. Not that I know anything Might be getting one myself this weekend
  13. I was thinking Perses - the greek God of Destruction
  14. Although its a lot easier to wrap the intake than the manifolds But if you are doing it right, then yes manifolds being wrapped or treated would be the best way to keep the heat out
  15. Because people will buy them! I would expect that they do flow better than the std air box, which will be one of their selling points. However, I'm not convinced that the OEM box is ever maxed out by a pretty std NA tune so would still work slightly better. But for the noise, its well worth it! Also, I have added a duct on my car from the bumper to the intake and that has massively reduced the time it takes for the heat soak drop when moving. Its all about getting air to the filters As for Nismo producing stuff that decreases performance, why do they make things like floor mats and gear knobs? They sold out years ago
  16. Hopefully you don't kill them! I'd give them say 3-4 track days this time I really do hope these do the trick as the next step is BBK and big bucks
  17. Aye that be Dom. Not on here too often, but she is around
  18. Here you go Nix http://www.pinktoolbox.co.uk/int/index.php Was going to get Amanda some stuff
  19. when was that voted on? Voted by Jerry I'm opinition Nismo for show (and noise) and Buddy Club for go - going by Adrians dyno
  20. not sure what you mean mate. you sure it's Richmond? Think he means Richbrook
  21. +1 - and if you have a problem with a member selling something who is operating within the rules, just let the mods know and we'll send Uncle Mart round
  22. He's meant to donate whenever someone uses his professional services IIRC so we should be getting his money anyway
  23. Still they made sure this one can get over speed bumps and off and on the ferry
