  1. He did mention to me that my fog light wasn't very bright, I just replied "I don't think they are on 350Z'ds" Do you have one of these? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2pcs-7440-7443-T2 ... 286.c0.m14 Took me a few bulbs to find this one that me and my mate thought would be bright enough to pass. Was cacking it the first time around
  2. Very sneaky, but one obvious way to see if you have been disconnected is to check your internet connection when they say you are disconnected as it will turn off too I can see how loads of people would be caught out by this though
  3. Always drive for what you can see. He was going too fast for someone to be able to pull out on him and not stop. Still, shows you how strong trees are going by one of those pics!
  4. If they are paying get the whole panel done, but depending on colour warn the body shop it might take a few attempts to get the colour match! I know for GM for instance that there are 2 ways to make up the same colour code and thats just for one manufactures instructions (ie one paint makers instructions). Took Dave quite a few attempts to get his UY matched.

    OIL

Unlike you when dynoing a Zed (sorry bud but it was so funny!)
  6. Mine passed too Second time through with a cleared out fog light and red LED bulb, so for those that worry like me, its fine. And I dont think they stalled it with the lightweight flywheel after I warned them about it
  7. Well done guys. Always good to hear positive feedback for traders, new and more seasoned

    Lies???

Something is up with the hardware, much more serious than the GPS loosing signal. Take it back and tell them to replace the unit as it is defective. Its like a small PC, but you cant simply rebuild it, they will need a new (or refurbed) one
  9. Ok, thanks Adam. Will definately have some of that Endless fluid next time around
  10. Lovely looking wheels 10" wheels on the front would be interesting for driving feel I think it'd be better off with them on the rear and something a little thinner like 9" on the front
  11. @ wok You obviously havent had a stir fry from Alex then
  12. Thats so funny! I bet he thought he was soooo cool, while everyone else in the store just thought he was a dick!
  13. You might be waiting a while for some snow! Much better to bet on dry or wet roads, thats what you'll have more of!
  14. Ah! Even better then....I shall stick my tongue out at GT-R owners as I drive past then Just keep an eye out for a 240z coming past you on the other side Very very quickly Wish I could make this, its just too far for one day given all the driveouts and meets I've done recently Do they think they will beat the parade lap at Silverstone a few years ago? 150ish I think we had
  15. i'd get flashy other tyres for your summer wheels first +1 - and those dry winter days! TBH I find we have more crap weather in the summer atm! Winter can be cold, but dry sunny days are lovely for a drive, and you'd want summer tyres on when its dry. Falkens lasted me through 2 winters just fine. The Zed just doesnt do snow, but then again the Alfa hire car I had for part of it was similarly pants!
  16. Yes interesting read. I assume you have confirmed this behavoir Adam, and thats why you use it? Also is there any way you can turn off VDC? I assume thats what the UK cars have as standard. Could this cause discs to be warped on tight and twisty tracks? I seem to have managed to kill my discs at 2 airfield days, where they run short and twisty tracks, with some longer straights. Other (non Zed) cars dont seem to have a problem with this. I was thinking about a BBK to solve it
  17. Thats not a bad price. I've seen them about that for a set of 4 in the US, in the UK its more like £30-£40
  18. I dont beleive he regularly offers fitting, but if you have a special case, he might work something out for you. If you have some specific work in mind, drop him a PM
  19. Nice one Alex, top work again. I too had top service from him, shipping a clutch and flywheel in just over a day so that I could get it fitted last weekend. Top rate service
  20. Rarerims on here will sort you out, but they aint cheap
  21. Print off the offer and they should honor it in store. If they try not to, kick up a fuss and speak to a manager. I havent found a store yet that wont honor online prices if pushed.
  22. Must say I'm not too impressed with it so far. Only played 2 races before I got kicked off the TV, but the physics when using the wheel is no where near as good as Forza 2 or CM Dirt 2. Graphics look quite good but the cars feel dead with no feedback. Need to play it more I think.
  23. Boo, go Limited, unless you are inside of IR35. Dont want to give any more money to the tax man than you have to!
