  1. You can bring all our bikes  You'll need to buy me a new bike rack as the current one only holds 2 bikes  Bikes Forget that - just put a proper engine in to keep up :1:
  2. Enjoy your day and a drive in your pride and joy is called for...........before the celebrations start
  3. Hey, it's still up for sale if you're interested I'd love to................but only had the zed for a year................if you've still got it in 2 more - we'll talk With cash your way as well Andy if hasn't sold it by then  As for back problems I have to say the 350/370 have not given me any issues, including 2k+ drives around our Isles, but a while back we had to get rid of some lounge furniture that was giving my 6'2" frame grief for precisely the reasons glrnet found. The fact my legs are largely out straight in the ZEDs (compared to saloon cars) and the leather seats have a great range of adjustment is undoubtedly a benefit for me. The only issue as the years pile on is the increased effort getting in and out, especially if you are fighting to hold the doors open on a slope and for my petite +1 (who I tease when she steps on the scales at home and I ask if they have started to show any weight on them)
  4. First thing to do would be check all the connections to do with the alernator are sound and any earthing connections are as they should be as doing a search on electrical gremlins on here reveals that often turns out to be the cause. Otherwise if you are near one of the independents that advertise on here I would suggest you get your car along to them for a looksee.
  5. Yes, any change made from original factory spec needs to be disclosed *awaits 'hilarious' sarcastic comments about disclosing air fresheners * http://www.skyinsura...-insurance.html Thanks I Will tell them and hope they don't charge a fee to change, i initially did a quick Google search and the majority said its a maintenance option so not a mod. But im mega paranoid so ill tell them  Ok bad news, my insurer wont cover the K&N filter... I changed insurers because my old one wouldn't cover because no tracker Help... ps, i've got the original air filter, or i try and change insurance Did you tell the insurance company that they add no more power (in fact they often result in a slight reduction on the standard intakes) - the main purpose being to given a different sound
  6. Yep, forum works on the basis that if I can make something work then anyone can
  7. Personally, I think that pouring water over an iced up car is never a good idea as chances are when you park up and its still freezing you are likely to end up with doors frozen to the rubber seals. Drying seals if wet and a freeze is expected might help prevent the doors jaming. De-icer or a heat source would be best for the locks, IMO.
  8. Hi tonys Using the "attach files" for pics does limit the size of the pics. But much, much better is to use something like Photobucket or Flicker that then allows any size of pic to be posted up on here by pasteing the URL into the green 'Image' box  Look forward to seeing the pics then
  9. As regards the warning light on the dash that a door is open, I would check all the sensors in the door shuts, boot and bonnet - one may have just got stuck to throw the light. Pulling back the rubber sleeve to get some WD40 in might be all that is needed.
  10. Maybe the same one as I see parked in Grange Road, Sutton - has the 370 logos along the sides
  11. Excellent vid and some very nice cars there. I bet Neo would like that R8 spyder's numberplate
  12. You are a very brave man to hand over your keys at one of those parking places having heard some of the stories at what goes on there, just hope in your case your car was not abused - 'fraid that is all I can say
  13. Hope they have dried out from last year - but then pounding about on water is second nature to you now, eh

  18. Was on my way back from shopping then - far better then than coping with yapping mums in the aisles, ATM's out of cash, queues you fall asleep in, and half the stuff you wanted sold out anyway
  19. Almost wants to make you think the owner of the 'display' may not be so much of a **** if the neighbour later found out it was his electricity being used .
