  1. New tattoo been waiting for ages for these to arrive. Years back had the same on my Almera GTi, so it's a nod to Stanley.
  2. Our driveway is East facing, shaded every evening....... Total car cleaning bliss
  3. 4S only available in 19' and up iirc
  4. Showing the ol' girl the love, props dude!!
  5. Nice little touches already and done properly too How do the 2 cars compare and what mods are next?
  6. Machine polish needed and if that's been done, good pre wash (snow foam, so you have that covered) plush mitts, two buckets, grit guards, good wash technique, plush drying towels all help to keep swirls at bay. Whenever we come into contact with paint work, you're either enhancing or marring the finish. At shows, quick detailing causing issues also sadly. Sorry if im teaching granny to suck eggs.
  7. Nearly 3 years went by before I got rims for the Zed, well worth the wait!! Wouldn't swap for literally anything else.
  8. Went with Adrian Flux also for my renewal, cheapest deal around. Undercut my renewal by £110, nor bad.
  9. And available from Halfords.
  10. Cheery Glaze is a great AIO, easy on easy off with zero chalk and fills/hides blemishes nicely. It's fair to say I'm a fan the only product I didn't get along with was the tyre shine. Not enough gloss despite its name, for my desired look.
  11. I had the same problem, have a read pal
  12. Some of products to keep her looking lovely Can never have enough drying towels!!
  13. I think it's fair to say every amateur and hobbyist home detailer, has at some point used either Turtle Wax, Meguiars or AutoGlym in their inventory. Cheap to buy, easy to obtain and does a decent job. Since then enthusias brands have come along to pinch a portion of the market. I've since moved on to and currently use Dodo Juice, AutoSmart, Bilt Hamber, Chemical Guys, Soft99, Autobrite, ValetPro, Gtechniq amd now CarChem. Even drying methods from chamois leathers, to plush 1000gsm drying towels. What were your go too car care products and what have to moved on too? Trying out CarChem Connoisseur Wax. Both Soft99 and HDwax do a sterling job, so might still be my go to products in 3 months time. Ran out of my favourite Autobrite Lux Suds, so trying out CarChem shampoo concentrate. BriteGel is amazing!!! The all important AIO More brand loyalty.... Both Rapid Detailer and Ult Quik Detailer, do a great job and would easily buy again but keen to try out Gtechniq offering. Newbie to try out - Autobrite 'the reaper' Always mild wash new towels Yuk Autobrite The Reaper 350z paint work & glass, Dodo Juice as back up. CYC drying towel for other cars, Kent drying towel for alloys.
  14. ^ Tar fellas and yes more soft tops needed chap
  15. Tar Iain, these wheels need PPF - they're awful to keep clean how I would like
  16. Unbelievably late, but here's my clip from the day. @buster old 350z as the cover, as a little send off
  17. On my last car I had been thru both BC's and MeisterR coilovers, given the choice at entry level I'd have the MeisterR. Better made, better pre treatment to help prevent corrosion and Jerricks sales is amazing should it be needed.
  18. Looking good, if Calsberg made forum traders right
  19. Got to work early this morning so couldn't resist the opportunity for some picture whoring, Rodger on security thinks I'm nuts With an arty farty one
  20. Having a good soak, looking good pal New slave cylinder and braided line are a must, improves clutch feel, take up and preventing a breakdown no doubt too.
  21. Fair play mate, dream cars no doubt!!! Good to build links for future meets too.
  22. Hi @Tickettone which clutch did you go for in the end?
  23. My car had a Toyosports cat back exhaust fitted when I bought it. Fitment wasn't perfect and needed the centre mount bending down a tad. Sounds really nice, a sports tone rather than look at me loud. Zero drone on the motorway but can really hear the VQ35 under wide open throttle.
