  1. Good luck with the purchase and get some pictures up assuming you buy the 370 as they're great looking cars.
  2. That Mercedes car transporter is something else. Wow such an interesting looking vehicle.
  3. ^^ Wish they had cut the roof off, ..that would have taught the driver properly never to park in front of hydrants.
  4. You may find this a useful read; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/58175-oil-catch-can-tested-and-proven/ Don't think it's massively beneficial on an n/a set up but it can't hurt. Graham (glrnet) has one on his n/a Zed so maybe ask him.
  5. Yes. Your rear wheels will be able to spin freely. Warning though ~ can lead to excessive tyre wear and smoke inhalation.
  6. This is when I like the american way of doing things, take one illegally parked car blocking a fire hydrant, one house fire and the need for water... Full story: http://www.dailymail...alarm-fire.html Fair play to them but typically stupid American way of doing it. If that had been the UK Firemen then they would have smashed just the one window, let off the handbrake and rolled the car out of the way.
  7. This made my day! Not the injury, just you with guns and home made knuckle dusters xD I can laugh about it now as it was such a stupid thing to do. I had my foot on the block whilst I tried to drill the holes through, first hole snagged and the block just broke free of my foot spinning round like a crazy f**ker before flying off the drill bit into my shin. Still got a nice scar on my right shin as a reminder not to try that again. I remember at school the first (and only!) time I left the chuck key in a pillar drill by accident, luckily it didn't hit me, but the distance it flew scared the **** out of me! I can only imagine the force of that hitting you in the leg! I'll just say it hurt a lot and there was blood everywhere.
  8. As long as you have some black cars as friends it's ok to say that.
  9. Very unlikely ~ from what I've heard some cars, not just Zeds, don't even have the quoted power when they're new.

  11. Crazy crashes Will and Simon. Circuits today are so much safer though than they used to be so the risk of injury to spectators/drivers is thankfully much less nowadays. I used to go to Castle Combe Race days all the time with my father & brother when we where younger back in the early/mid 90's. We where literally sitting about 2 metres from the tyre wall on Quarry corner with just a thin wire fence between us and it. Not like today with it's giant "Jurassic Park" style catch fencing everywhere. One year a man was killed whilst we where there when a tyre/alloy came off a car at Tower corner and went straight into the crowd.
  12. I wouldn't of thought it was really worth it tbh. At least change the exhaust system and air filters first to see some gains.
  13. Never try to make a homemade knuckleduster using 10mm brass block, a Black & Decker drill, no vice and a 14mm drill bit ~ will result in said brass block spinning around on the drill bit at over 13K rpm before flying off and almost braking a shin. Then followed by weeks of going to see a nurse to repair the 10mm wide, 10mm deep hole in your shin.
  14. Has been done before sorry ZZZebady. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/23174-memory-lane-post-up-your-old-car-pics-here/ I'd post yours in there if I was you.
  15. Sounds raunchy & loud, ...no wonder you had a bit of a headache after your long trip. Sound deadening material will sort that out though if it does start to bother you. Embedding the video from Youtube won't work because it's something you have to do with the settings. I can see a little padlock in the Youtube site address when I view it ~ the videos you can embed don't have that. Not on Youtube myself so unsure how to change that, ....probably something to do with sharing the video settings I'd imagine.
  16. Have a look at his thread here; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/84366-my-little-weekend-project/page__st__160 Makes for an interesting read Kyle so make a cuppa before you start.
  17. HFC's pound for pound are probably the best thing I added to my car so far. Gotta love the noise they make.
