  1. Definitely ~ seen some things sell in literally seconds or just a few minutes from when the advert went live.
  2. ^^ This imo as well. Unless this is your Mrs idea of a good night out too then I'd leave the "man V's food" cr*p to another night.
  3. Great news newkid and looks like a lovely Zed from the pictures. Hope you carry on enjoying it.
  4. ^^ So much win in that picture Dave.
  5. If you can afford it and it's what you would like then do it imo. As you say you only live once. Sure Ekona could give you some good advice with what to look for etc if you're not in the know.
  6. What a bummer but glad to read that nobody was hurt. Fingers crossed it's fixable too.
  7. Thought you'd left us. Great news Trig ~ build thread might be an idea.
  8. Well done Annie. My Mums actually in a welsh singing choir and she gets a lot of enjoyment out of it not to mention has made some great friends so I'm sure you'll have a great time.
  9. Who died and left you in charge? Talk about the lunatics taking over the asylum Just call me Batman.
  10. No worries ~ some quality items for sale so happy to give people the heads up plus I know you're a good buyer/seller.
  11. GLWTS Guy. I did start to post links to your for sale ad in the "Wanted" section but see you'd beaten me to it.
  12. They are here JC. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/90996-goodies-goodies-goodies/
  13. Doesn't really matter all that much on a well maintained car imo. Check out the last service items, ...if that isn't a well maintained car then I don't know what is. GLWTS Parello, hope you get what you're after.
  14. *Reads signature* "home straight now - what could possibly go wrong?)" Oh well at least it's sorted now Chris which is the main thing as well as them not charging you to sort it.
  15. No need to switch Mike, ..imo you're using the best fuel available for our cars. As Vik said this is one of the most covered subjects on the forum though.
  16. It depends on the type of paint but it should be ok imo ~ check the spray can itself and they will usually state the suitable uses for it. E.g. Metal, plastics etc. The other option if you're not sure is to get a piece of plastic from the kit that isn't used like from the plastic parts tree. Spray that with a few coats, lightly at first, building up the layers ~ then when it's completely dry check to see how well the paint has adhered to the surface. Fyi ~ "Humbrol" actually make model paint in "Azure Blue" but it's usually in paint pots rather than spray cans ~ obviously no good for doing the car body.
  17. Yep definitely, ..but getting your phone out to take pictures/video etc is not and your head almost spinning round on your neck just to get a good nosy as you drive by is dangerous as well as insensitive to those involved.
  18. Honestly I love Tamiya products, ...if you take your time you can really make their kits look fantastic and add some great details yourself that aren't in the instructions. Anythings possible if you get a bit creative ~ for example you can get something like thin copper tubes from most model shops along with a miniature pipe bender. Hay presto you can make your own miniature roll cages. If you get one and need any help with it just revive that old thread or something with the question. Happy to help if I can. Love modelling & making things.
