  1. Doesn't matter what language you speak, ...thieves are still scum in any language. Hope they get the scumbags.
  2. For the £12-£15 odd they cost I'd try O2 spacers first before reverting back to standard Cats if it is the O2 sensors at fault. The spacers just move the O2 sensors backwards out of the direct flow of exhaust gases and in some cases this is all it takes to stop the sensors throwing a wobbly with the HFC's fitted. Example's of O2 spacers: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/86743-sold-o2-sensor-decathfc-spacers/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/81229-o2-sensor-90-degree-spacers-x2/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/78224-02-spacers-for-berk-hfc/
  3. Currently there are a lot of songs I hate that just seem to be played again & again on every radio station I end up listening to in work or the car. Some of these songs I really can't understand why they are hits or why anyone likes them but maybe that's just because I'm getting old. Anyway a friend sent me some of these the other day so thought I'd share... Not sure if this thread will tank but add more videos if you want to share just for a laugh.
  4. You've been watching too much of Jeremy Kyle I think.
  5. Tracking device mate, ....MI5 are on to you, :surrender: "ABORT THE MISSION, ABORT, ABORT!!"
  6. going to abbey on 6th of december for remap, hopefully this will be sorted permanently.. Then don't worry about it. Jez at Horsham sorted mine for me. One thing before you go up to Abbey make sure you don't clear the EML so that Mark can read any codes on there just to be sure that's all it is.
  7. Honestly it varies from car to car. I have heard of Zed owners fitting the HFC's without issues whereas others have had issues with the EML coming on. I had HFC's fitted to my 350 and all was fine for a few weeks but then the EML came on. Had the code read and it was O2 sensors after the Cats. I did the pedal dance AKA ECU reset to turn it off but it would always come back on again after a few days to a week of driving. Doubt your O2 sensors where damaged it's just something that seems to happen. You could try Clark Motorsport as they used to have O2 sensor spacers which where around £12odd ~ in some cases this will fix the O2 sensor error. I just lived with it for a few months until it was time for my UpRev. ECU reset guide here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/53148-how-to-ecu-accelerator-pedal-throttle-valve-resets/
  8. so people can't see you driving it Good call.
  9. Hello Darryl, great load of parts mate and I noticed you've also got the one piece air intake pipe like me. Look's great when fitted. I also noticed you have the Vortech MAF air intake pipe in your spare parts box so have let ChrisB know in case you're interested in selling it as I know he wanted one as a spare because he's going to drill his original & wanted a back up just in case. I sold mine so couldn't help him out. Hope that's cool. Going to be great when you finally get yours up & running too.
  10. Cheers mate! Yeah that's the one, I saw the puddle and instinctively took my foot of the accelerator but looking back that may not have been the best thing to do. I was literally 30 seconds from home Will find a few examples for sale then, cheers! Nasty, ...was literally driving through it last week just for fun to hear my exhaust in the tunnel. It must have been scary spinning there to say the least. Few Zeds for sale of similar miles/age: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201410248470709/sort/pricedesc/radius/200/maximum-age/up_to_10_years_old/onesearchad/used%2Cnew/postcode/cf158rl/page/1/make/nissan/model/350_z/maximum-mileage/over_100000_miles/usedcars?logcode=p http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201411058743374/sort/pricedesc/radius/200/maximum-age/up_to_10_years_old/onesearchad/used%2Cnew/postcode/cf158rl/page/1/make/nissan/model/350_z/maximum-mileage/over_100000_miles/usedcars?logcode=p http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201411048735017/sort/pricedesc/radius/200/maximum-age/up_to_10_years_old/onesearchad/used%2Cnew/postcode/cf158rl/page/1/make/nissan/model/350_z/maximum-mileage/over_100000_miles/usedcars?logcode=p http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201411038705759/sort/pricedesc/radius/200/maximum-age/up_to_10_years_old/onesearchad/used%2Cnew/postcode/cf158rl/page/1/make/nissan/model/350_z/maximum-mileage/over_100000_miles/usedcars?logcode=p Looking at those for sale I think Lexx's guess of £4K from the insurance company will probably be around what they'll offer you. Hopefully you can get a little more though.
  11. Sounds nasty Josh and glad you're unhurt, ...was it the tunnel down the bay area then? No idea what the insurance will offer you sorry. My guess is they will go in low at first so you'll probably have to negotiate with them. If you can find some examples of current Zeds for sale in the same year/mileage range then that will help your case for more money. Good luck.
  12. What are you like nowhereboy?! Good on you for not selling at anything less than what you wanted, ...maybe try again in the summer next year if you still feel like changing otherwise hope you enjoy hanging on to the Zed for a little longer mate.
  13. Alex will probably have them but I know Shades RS had some as well for definite. Pictured in the fourth picture down on his for sale thread. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/87886-53-nissan-350z-gt-breaking-spares-with-20-khans/ Good luck.
  14. I'm getting older and grumpier too, ...get's my back up when people use the word "sick". In the sense of they think something's "cool" or "good".
  15. Good luck Carla. You can go to "edit" your original post, then "use full editor" to edit the title & add [sOLD] ~ the mods will also lock this thread for you now you've asked.
  16. ^^ Sounds like you had a great day out. No video though? Got a GoPro on my Christmas list, ..think you should add one to yours.
  17. ^^ I'm definitely curious to see what Pritchard has bought his Zed though.
  18. Sounds good & glad you're happy with it.
  19. We should all go easy on the poor Japanese guy who's car that is I think, ...I mean he's obviously "special" as he's put the "sun strip" on the bottom of the windscreen instead of the top.
