I looked into this a few months ago, but I was looking at the branded tuner ones as opposed to that which I guess is genuine? eBay US could be a good place to start - might find a used one?

I did mine recently using the plastic conduit mentioned above. its less than £20 for a set and I had a fair bit left after doing most of the engine looms. I like the idea of what you have linked however for the largest diameter its £16 per metre, and you will need a while heap more than one metre. So it might not work out as one of your £20 mods

We have hired out a 'function room' (which is a train carriage) for the meeting itself which everyone is welcome to sit in on should you wish.
