  2. And by the way my wife drives out of the tesco car park,I think she's got one fitted in her C1.
  3. Mobil America say this, http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorOil/Car_Care/AskMobil/Checking_Motor_Oil_Levels.aspx
  4. They are Nissan OEM kick-plates with full number parts exactly what you would buy from the dealer over here, except from the states. Fitted as per the old ones that you take off, took about 10 mins. Price does rely on the exchange rate, easy enough to work out and you can pay with paypal took about 10 days to come.

  9. A warm welcome back, you've got plenty of mates on here.
  10. On a similar vane that all the married guys will know, decide to buy my Z but didn't think at the time I should tell the wife, first mistake. Drove over to Sutton in Ashfield to the dealer about 40 miles away from Lincoln liked the looks, condition etc and went for a test drive. Everything was cooking on gas and looking good, bought the car, second mistake, its coming.Left it to pick up the next week and prepared and rehearsed on the way home how I would tell my dearest at home, you nearly there now. Got home walked into the kitchen taking my jacket off, then a voice from the living room called out "did you buy that blue sports car then" help.
  11. Never understood why its ok to shut roads as they do here in Lincoln for marathons, cycle races, any thing else but cars, I agree with whacky will, just pop down to my local McDonalds Saturday night on the Carlton centre in Lincoln for you free for all drifting and that well known fastest 0-60 in a distance of a 100 yards.
  12. Well done Chris we can all bow to the mystic who solved the the hole in the part mystery, Now Senna what a tragic weekend at Imola, Sunday 1st May 1994, Barrichello was lucky to survive his crash on Friday, Ratzenberger, killed on the Saturday, then on Sunday where the most gifted one, Senna was taken from us what a terrible waste. The film is an excellent record of his life.
  13. Run with it on mate have done so for the last 5 years no problems.
  14. So it begins, Santa brought me a very, very, very, early Xmas present. Now he may have room on his sleigh for it, but I'm bu****ed if it will fit in the boot, English for trunk for those who are starting to use words like fender, side-walk and jay walking etc. Yes I too have a hole on a black 45deg angled coupling thingy in my box that only the mystics know anything about. So therefore don't wait for my rebuild it will be a cold day in hell until some one has worked it out, I think they call it plagiarism. Thank you Chris for giving me endless weeks of fun until I get it right. Ps, I've managed to hide the boxes at the top end of the garage, fingers crossed with you know who, likes to snoop around. She'll never believe me its only about £50 worth. http://
  15. You could fit tractor tyres to that and they still wouldn't be sticking out
  16. Don't take it to heart fella, its was just a bit amusing for some of us, your obviously use to older cars. As an oldie I used to use feeler gauges on my contacts in thousands of an inch, rotating the engine to top dead centre of course.
  17. some you win some you lose
  18. Hi Chris who is AAM that you sent an email to, I was not certain if any one had emailed so I have sent an email direct to the Vortech company in the states with the main photo above to see if they can tell us what this hole is about?
  19. I'll have it if the sale falls through
  20. I thought deja vu had finished on this, help my head hurts.
  21. I was hoping to hide mine from the missus at the back of the garage, going to need some serious camouflage now, she believes me when I say that everything I buy is only £50. Not much hope looking at that box.
