  1. Need the photo but I agree never seen a heat shield.
  2. Going to mention the pucks, beaten to it. Alls been said now.
  3. Always wonder why we called it Azure blue, I can see its much more sophisticated than the States and their Daytona blue but there again B17 was the flying fortress bomber in the second world war, hey-ho.
  4. You might struggle at the moment for a second hand one, they' been a bit scarce at the moment, I think Clark Motorsports have new originals at the moment also there are sports versions with Tarmac. Wish you well, good hunting.
  5. Big thumbs up for Clark Motorsport excellent service, Tein springs and oil received prompt. Could do with a bigger bag of Haribo's lasted about a minute , well done guys.
  6. I guess driving 32 miles with your fingers crossed wasn't too easy. Got an inkling there will be a strong feeling of anticipation when you do the return journey home later on.
  7. A warm and you've got RS tuning near the nick.
  8. A bit of a marmite subject but to get a informed view have a look at what the RAC say about Cat D. http://www.rac.co.uk...rance-write-off
  9. Better than the Jeremy Kyle show Chris, well done. Hope you don't mind me putting the reply from Frank Quintero at Vortech USA below so that we can see from the horses mouth what they say about the the 3.12 pulley and the correct belt that fits the pulley, actually it shows that we were going down the right road in the first place but I do like the American disclaimer at the end, LOL. This is not a hijack of this great thread but I thought most of the group would be following the pathfinders adventure with interest. Hello, Typically if you only drop one size down on the pulley you can reuse the same belt. The belt does not need to be really tight. A .25†deflection on the long side (side without tension) is tight enough. If the belt is to loose try a 79.25†or 79†long belt. We have not verified what belt works with that pulley in-house. 10. Howdy Rowdy, are you sure you've nipped up that pipe nice and tight round the thermostat? Yee Ha!!
  11. You know it never fails to amaze me how often this area comes up and I also mean in many other types of clubs such as social, sports, golf clubs etc, etc etc. This is not rules for rules sake, these are tried and tested rules. Rules that have worked for the majority and are all quite happy. This is not apathy this is democracy from the members saying they like them. If the majority of the membership were unhappy with the rules it would be indicated in there comments, in this case to the moderators. My reply 40 years ago in a similar club where we were asked to change them because someone in their opinion did not think they reflected what was needed was simple and direct. "The rules are there for you to read so that you can understand them and are happy to join because of them, please do not join the club if you are in disagreement with them". It was right then and is still right now.
  12. Have to agree with Alex, Ive had this problem off and on for the first couple of years with my Z, if it comes back and in my case it did several times, I had my wiring soldered together that completely stops the problem.
