  1. Nightmare, gutted for you Will. I'd be inclined to stick with the standard finish, but at least you'll get all 4 matching
  2. I've obviously missed a big week for 'The Bitch' while I've been away... ...glad you've finally got her on the road again Chris, and it sounds like her road manners live up to her name Can't wait to see the green machine in the flesh now its completed (and shiney )
  3. My HR has never even sipped a drop between services - I think the HR was a bit improved from the point of view of oil consumption.
  4. That engine is pure HR - the front upper timing covers give it away, 'cos the connectors for the Exhaust VVT and the Intake VVT Solenoids are in a different place compared to the rev-up, and the DE didn't have Exhaust VVT......
  5. They got one bit wrong, though - If I'm not very mistaken, the zed in the article isn't a MY07 309bhp car as they state, is it? bonnet and single-intake engine suggest not
  6. Scammers - but how many people do they get like that? I bet their waiting list for the work to be done would be a couple of months, due to being booked-up with all the 'extra' work they've drummed-up as a result of the recall
  7. Oh dear, let the flaming commence...... Chesterfield will be hanging out his white Rangie Sport with his flame thrower! You were with me, then
  8. Oh dear, let the flaming commence......
  9. I'm so glad you didn't suggest locking it with a window open and throwing a bag of something into the car
  10. Is that an all-new model or a heavy facelift? Styling-wise, it looks like they've taken a Range Rover and stuck some E60 5-Series headlights on it
  11. Thanks for getting the pics up Ian, they're great. Thanks again for the hard work - really need to get myself some of that Supernatural wax....
  12. That looks great mate - especially like the Z on it
  13. I have to say, I like the white, it works well on a liveried car in a rally-car kind of way....
  14. Love that colour - really suits the car
  15. No problem - glad to help guys Make sure you get some pics up when you're done. The original is quite a loose fit in the gap - so don't be surprised if that's how the pattern appears!
  16. Hi Greg, Yeah, if I scan it in as A0, then you print at A0, it should be the right size. I'll put some dimensions on the scan, so you can check the scale. Dave
  17. Can you print large sizes at work - e.g. A0 or A1? If so, I could trace mine, scan it and e-mail it to you today. Otherwise, PM me your address and I'll get it into the post today. Dave
  18. Chris polished my headlights for me, then he needed a rest....
  19. oh oh, you've unveiled before chris does !!! delete delete Delete what?
  20. Good to see you all, too Ian, Chris and Bob! Don't know about wealthy supplies - just a camping coolbox full of drinks and sarnies - but you're welcome all the same, it was the least I could do Thanks again for the hard work - the car looks better than it ever has since I've owned it. Spent the whole evening on the web now pricing-up polishers and waxes. I always said I didn't have the dreaded zeditis Hope to meet-up again soon, Dave
