Only good if you're gonna sell the car to make it look pretty. It'll get rid of some essential oils and grease. Just clean with with designed for engine bay cleaning products.

Renault drivers fault imo. He shouldn't have blocked a valid lane. If people used it then traffic would be slightly less. -
