Jonny1987 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Hi all, Just joined this forum and it looks great! Currently own a Mk5 golf gti but looking to trade in for a 350z. I actually went to view one today but noticed some bubbling in paint on the front wheel arches. Is this common? Anything else nasty to look out for? Thanks in advance. Jonny Quote
GIXXERUK Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 rust on the front arches isnt a common a issue, maybe a poor repair at some time Quote
Payco Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 (edited) Welcome. As above. Don't buy the first one you see unless it ticks all the boxes. Patience pays dividends in the long run. Plenty of advice and help available here.. Edited April 14, 2015 by Payco Quote
Jonny1987 Posted April 14, 2015 Author Posted April 14, 2015 Cheers people. Shame really as the one I viewed was a GT4! Will carry on with the hunt and I'm sure there will be plenty more questions! Quote

Jonny1987 Posted April 14, 2015 Author Posted April 14, 2015 Cheers people! Trade link has some nice stuff but is quite a distance from me. The CD player looks a bit naff so would be grateful if somebody could direct me to the place on the site that covers double din/iPod/sat navs. Also, what's the difference between pre and post 2006 models other than the big tax difference?!
