HaydnH Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Awesome, now I'm waiting for your new build thread where you build a whole Z... component by component on a lathe! 2 Quote
GMballistic Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Great little "old school" lathe, ....better than the little one we have in work which is practically covered in safety guards. Quote
leonk Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Loving that Chris! All you need now is a small workshop, not higher than 4m, less than half the size of your garden and 5m away from any other building....... Wait a minute...... 1 Quote
ChrisS Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Nice. I've got a small Myford ML7. It's just nice to have it there. When I first got it I became the best friend of all our local farmers overnight. Plastic and brass fittings for field troughs etc. Quote
dugg90 Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Looks like a decent lathe for a home workshop, are you an engineer or self trained Quote

Keyser Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 Nice bit of kit. Can I apply for the zed shed apprenticeship. Of Course you can but remember the hours are long the pay is bad and you won't learn anything - other than that it's OK 1 Quote
