It is with great sadness that I am putting one of the best cars I have owned up for sale. However, its for a bloody good reason, my wife and I are expecting our first baby :) so I want to get a car with rear seats well ahead of time.
I purchased the car a year ago today with 73k on the clock, 5 previous owner, and have thoroughly enjoyed my year of ownership, driving and modifying the car to how it stands today.
The car is the beautiful Azure blue, a full UK GT model with all the usual refinements, and I have added a number of mods/enhancements to the car in the past year which I will detail below.
In the year I have had it, it hasn't missed a beat, been ultra reliable, great fun to drive, with the only faults being both the front and rear washer pumps packing up on Monday (28th September), which I replaced on Thursday (1st October) ahead of an oil change and MOT (no advisories) at 78,587 on Friday (2nd October).
Mechanically the car wants for nothing. It pulls very well (clutch feels strong with good biting point), makes a lovely but not too loud noise due to the plenum spacer and Scorpion catback, handles like on rails (pretty sure its on OEM shocks/springs but maybe wrong) and stops very well.
The car comes with a full service history copied below from the service book, 2 keys, plus a load of receipts and previous MOTs etc:
10,514 - 30/03/06 - P1 (Nissan)
21,910 - 17/11/06 - P2 (Nissan)
34,602 - 13/03/08 - P1 (Indy)
45,609 - 11/03/09 - P1 (Indy)
54,226 - 05/07/10 - Full Service (Indy)
60,666 - 12/03/12 - Full Service (Indy)
68,651 - 25/03/14 - P3 (Indy)
74,812 - 06/02/15 - Oil Change (Me)
78,587 - 02/10/15 - Oil Change (Indy)
When I purchased the car it came with refurbished anthracite Rays alloys, a Japspeed Y-pipe, DBA 4000 T3 front disks and Hawk HPS front pads, apart from that was bone stock. It had a fresh MOT when I got it, during this the front drop links were replaced with Nissan parts.
As soon as I got it home, I took it to my local indy and had a general once over with a clean bill of health, and while we were at it we changed the gearbox oil, added some molyslip and also changed the diff oil. This was at the purchase milage of just under 74k, just after this I replaced the rear pads with OEM Brembo pads as the yellow stuff on there were past their best.
Since owning I have, modified and tuned the car to the spec sheet you see below:

As mentioned above the car has been a dream, has excellent performance and brings a smile to my face each drive. Since owning I have put around 6k on her.
Tyres are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A which I have just checked and all wheels are 4-5mm, so plenty of life left.
The car really is in excellent condition overall, hopefully the pictures do this justice but I see some of them have come out a little "milky", please rest assured this is my camera being daft, the finish is great and after a polish and wax the shine is so deep. Azure owners agree, its the best colour I'd say the paint is generally above par for a 10+ year old car.
Being 100% honest, the only thing that lets the car down IMO is the front bumper which has the usual stone chips, plus a few cracks in the paint etc. I intended to get a front end respray after fitting the lip, but alas never got round to it and other mods took priority as you only see it up close. The wheels have a few touched up curb marks here and there, but nothing stand out obvious, no cracks and are balanced.
As you can see from the colour scheme I was going for a subtle blue and black theme, and very happy how it turned out. Intended on fitting a diffuser and Strosek spoiler, but alas plans change.
I am based in Southampton, car is used daily so miles will go up slowly and car can be viewed with little notice. In the event I secure a car before the zed is sold, then it will be kept safe at my parents place 10miles outside of Southampton.
I think that pretty much covers it. This car will bring many more trouble free miles and smiles to the next owner and hope it goes to an enthusiast and stays in the club.
I am looking for £6,995
Onto the pictures
