WhackyWill Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Worth more than that broken. Bargain for somebody Quote
docwra Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 If that was in UK Id have had it already. Quote
Grundy Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Bloody Irish getting all the bargains Except they will be paying the price of that car in Tax 1 Quote

Ekona Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Bloody Irish getting all the bargains Except they will be paying the price of that car in Tax Good point, probably why it's so cheap. Quote

richard.hezlett Posted October 29, 2014 Author Posted October 29, 2014 (edited) Those tax charges only apply to cars bought in southern Ireland and then imported into the UK by the new owner. No tax involved with taking from Northern Ireland to the UK. I think they are cheaper over here because demand is lower. Edited October 30, 2014 by richard.hezlett Quote
secretstar07979 Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 It's cheap alright but the miles is a massive problem, even with the history. The new owner will sail over the 200 000 mark which makes it pretty much unsaleable for all but a bargain bucket price. Quote
KyleR Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Bloody Irish getting all the bargains Except they will be paying the price of that car in Tax Good point, probably why it's so cheap. It's £285 a year for that car over here, same as you guys. It;s only the South that have ridiculous €1500 tax costs. It's cheap alright but the miles is a massive problem, even with the history. The new owner will sail over the 200 000 mark which makes it pretty much unsaleable for all but a bargain bucket price. But its already the bargain bucket price You could drive that for 2 years and sell it for the same money. In fact, you could buy it now and trade it in for something else for more Anyone fancy lending me £3k? Quote
marzman Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Who was the guy on here years ago, i think maybe the first to reach 100k? He did a full write up of what it had cost him to own it to that point, and detailed everything that had been changed. I think he was a doctor if i remember rightly. Could be his. Quote
Asad Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Thats a very cheap zed. High millage but these cars are well built for big miles. Quote

Hi to everyone as well first post on here. Welcome aboard Grob. Have a read through the service schedule to check against the cars history to make sure everything's been done that should have been depending on mileage/age of car.
