Adrian@TORQEN Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Looking at the Europe run pics, for a particular GTR I like it Quote
grahamc Posted August 20, 2015 Author Posted August 20, 2015 Quick, small update the GTR will be heading to Sly (again)..... to have R888 tyres put on and a new version of ECUTek software (with a remap and the latest gearbox software) cant wait now. Good thing the car will down at Thruxton on September 11 1 Quote
grahamc Posted August 20, 2015 Author Posted August 20, 2015 Is 5 out already? Nope but they are helping me out so that I can stop killing O2 sensors and maybe get rid of some of the black soot Quote
grahamc Posted August 23, 2015 Author Posted August 23, 2015 (edited) Few more of mine from ASDA day, she is currently in getting R888 tyres, RS29 pads, new ecutek firmware and maps all-round. Edited August 23, 2015 by grahamc 1 Quote
Stutopia Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Your local ASDA is significantly better than mine. I can't see any fatties in sports gear for one 2 Quote

grahamc Posted December 18, 2015 Author Posted December 18, 2015 With a move to central London at the beginning of 2016, it looks like I may have to sell the car Still looking at options on the storage front, but not sure.... A few things to sort before it really goes up for sale:- Litchfield mapping - v5 and fitting of new intakes - booked for 4th Jan Sly will then be servicing the car shortly after that (need to try and arrange for a windscreen replacement at the same time) Then its off to get all the stone chips fixed (bloody Asda Day - will still go back) Quote
Adrian@TORQEN Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Just leave it @ Sly as usual, best storing facilities for a GTR  Quote
SteveM Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 saw your car parked up in Redhill yesterday Quote

GMballistic Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Fingers crossed you can find a way to keep the GTR Graham. Loved the video btw. Never really impressed by fast bikes at all but always impressed with any car that can even come close to keeping up with fast bikes. Quote

The thing I always think with sports cars versus sports bikes is; yes the bike is incredibly fast but the car is still very fast plus it can carry 3 passengers and their luggage in comfort/warmth. No bike in the world that can do that. 1 Quote

grahamc Posted December 19, 2015 Author Posted December 19, 2015 I also got to wear shorts and a tshirt versus leathers and a helmet in 30 degrees 1 Quote

Thats really scrapping the bottom of the barrel for a reason I enjoyed the rolling start though, makes you realise how quick a bike is and 222 down the straight Quote

Thats really scrapping the bottom of the barrel for a reason I enjoyed the rolling start though, makes you realise how quick a bike is and 222 down the straight 1300 supercharged and the guys can ride.... its a fair bit better than your average bike (and even your not so average bikes). Not many will stand a chance against these bikes. Quote
