Dump valve is for turbo mate so if its n/a your out of luck. What you can get is a fake one which gives a sound, but not exactly mod of the year when every car enthusiast asks you about your turbo

 

If your looking for that tone like what the imprezas have, your not gonna get it on n/a. Possibly look at a ptb valve on the exhaust(someone correct me I know thats not right)

To be honest, I think the o.p. would be looking at the Siamp Diaphragm Washer For Siamp Float Valve at 2.98. Its a mid range but has 5 stars with most reviews commenting on how well it flushes compared to higher costing valves. http://www.diy.com/search/toilet%20valves/Siamp-Diaphragm-Washer-For-Siamp-Float-Valve-11477981

in addition, the o.p seems concerned about fitting costs but theyve marked fitting as "easy" and you also get a 1year warranty
