370Ad Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 It's been nearly four weeks for me now and I'm clucking! My record has been around 6 months... 6 months?! Some people don't even keep it that long 2 weeks summer holiday is my longest! Quote
Beavis Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I must surely own the record though Chesterfield must be on a long stint also and is probably ahead of me! Quote
evilscorp Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 2months so far, not bothered as the weather is horrible. Quote
HaydnH Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I tend to go about 4 months over winter, after having to renew my VED @ £475 yesterday I'm tempted to SORN it for 6 months over winter to save costs. Quote
AK350Z Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I tend to go about 4 months over winter, after having to renew my VED @ £475 yesterday I'm tempted to SORN it for 6 months over winter to save costs. I could easily do the same, it can easily be 4-6 weeks between outings in the winter. Quote

Mattski Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I'm up to 12 weeks now, after fracturing my back and coccyx at the start of November... Was starting to get that complacent 'bored with it' feeling before the injury, but now I'm raring to get back behind the wheel and go for a blast! On the plus side, my step- dad has been enjoying it, and putting him on the insurance knocked £80 off my premium! Quote
