StuartHemsley Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Hi glad to be a member of this forum! Have been lurking here for over a year and finally decided I must say hello. Loving the Z (own a 53 black roadster import) and have been getting into modifying. Expensive, but very addictive... Quote

StuartHemsley Posted October 27, 2012 Author Posted October 27, 2012 Well just started really, and the list is long. So far I have upgraded the stereo. It came with the Bose, but it started skipping and would only give me radio 2, so that had to go. The sat nav has been torn out and I have almost finished modifying a viewpad 7 which fits perfectly. A little bit of super fine soldering and it's done. And that replaces the old redundant unit. The plan is to use that sat link button to power it up. Exterior, I want to keep it looking stock, shes on 18" rays, however I have lowered her a little and fitted the usual hub centric spacers. I have just purchased some 370 callipers, so disks will follow + adapters, which should have the braking sorted. Hopefully they should just fit inside the rays alloys.... Or it'll be a new set of wheels too. Bodywork was a bit tatty when I bought her, so she needs a respray. However this keeps getting out back as things like the callipers crop up and I am obliged to purchase them. Pop charger is already in, so really just the plenum spacer, high flow cats, and a good re-map. Would not mind changing the headlight too as I hate the chrome look. Have seen some tasty looking ones from zleds, but that's right down the list. Quote
