wexminky Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 Evening all, I have a 350 which i have owned problem free for almost a year now and hope to keep for many years to come but this morning there was a knocking sound that started from the LH front wheel/suspension area and I wondered if anybody could shed any light on what could be causing it or if anyone has had a similar problem? It only occurs when driving on uneaven surfaces or if I am unfortunate enough to hit a pot hole (this is easily done at the moment!!). varley16 Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 sounds like a sort of roll bar/frop link/ shock absorber knock. all sound same ish. is the shock absorber leaking? even if its not, it can still knock. best to take it into a garage to be diagnosed.
