We will be looking to supply all ammenities and will be in touch with a local company very soon. We dont want to go in too early as we need numbers. All will be provided though. I am in discussions with a local firm to provide toilets and showers. I will also be talking to the owner of the hotel about catering. I am going to see if we can organise a meal for the saturday night. The maximum they can cater for is 120. This company supply many of the local events and their standards are good. JK and I will be popping in to see the owner of the heaves when i am home in a couple of weeks so get the names down and if you have any more questions let me know.
