I have a tent that I have never used so feel I should at least give it a whirl. I should probably do a test run of putting it up in the garden as well so as not to embarrass myself at the camp site!! I am just getting a feel for numbers as more numbers = more money which means we can lay more on for the event. We have a lot of options but dont want to book extras until we know the cost will be covered. Dont worry about putting the tent up first, there are plenty of experts on hand. Quote
