When you see your old car for sale

Sold my Z nearly 10 years ago and never saw it until today. It was listen on eBay with a knackered engine, rebuilt with around 35k more miles than when I sold it. Paint looks rough, front lip is chipped, a few more mods on it but not in a good way..

 

I never thought I’d see it like this. If I had the space I would buy it back and return it to its former glory

 

And definitely lower it 😂

I occasionally have a look for mine, seems to have a patchy MOT history since I moved it on and some corrosion. Think it went at the right time, but I do miss it's characterful ways.

Mine vanished a few years ago, well the number plate C5UPE has. It did go up for sale with all sorts of new stuff bolted to it about 6 years ago, not sure if it sold.

Know how you feel Andy - several cars (and bikes) that I've sold in the past that to this day I regret selling.

Always wondered what happened to mine, I think it’s still on the road so hopefully it’s been looked after.

I've got an app that checks vehicle registrations and I've saved my old 350z to my garage, so I can see what's up with it. Looks like it's been SORN'd and has done 20k since I sold it nearly 6 years ago. Only issues being brake pads and tyres.

 

Wish I could have it back.

I checked again after seeing that ad and it’s had a pretty hard life since

Minevis now full of rust underneath and different sized tyres on the same axle...

That's the one I use, though I expect there are others out there.
