Mondo 300 Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I've been in numerous bands over the years - the last "band" I was in consisted of just me; writing, playing, singing, recording and mixing everything on my own! Trimming leaves me with little to no free time nowadays so the music's fallen by the wayside, sadly Quote

Jay Kay Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Zed seems an unusual choice considering the equipment size. During your years have you ever encountered or used a Kelly guitar or pa amp at all. I'd love to get my hands on one if possible even if it isn't working Quote
ioneabee Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 my daughter is a percussionist .............. virtually nothing (other than her sticks) fit in my car  Quote
tommoger Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I'm a drummer and play a bit of bass guitar. Can only fit the bass in my Zed though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
martinmac Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I was a drummer in a few bands back in the day. I now just book them. 1 Quote

simonlap Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I started an Irish folk band 25 years back, now Im in a trio who play from medieval to 18th century music, costume stuff mainly at organised banquets and still play some Irish stuff. I play melodeon, fiddle, bodhron and mandola. Its now my main source of income. Quote

Ekona Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Meant to post some pics in this thread over the weekend, totally forgot! Posting here now so I don't forget again. But yeah, I've got a bunch of guitars, a couple of basses, and an electric drum kit in the man cave. Nothing super expensive or fancy, but enough to keep me occupied. Quote

nowhereboy Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 (edited) Yup, played in the same band for years, the majority of my twenties revolved around that band and the music. We did pretty well, played some big gigs and had some wild experiences through it, all a learning curve. I got a real taste for that life but I've took a step back since meeting my partner, I'm all grown up and sensible now Officially, i'm still in the band but due to everyone aside from me and the guitarist basically having some serious personal issues going on we haven't played a gig in months. Juggalo Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 My bro plays. he hears it, he plays it, I swear he's autistic lol Villanova Junction - notoriously hard to play so fellow guitarists tell me. Quote
Manners Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Guitarist Here. Havnt aged for around 5 years after damaging the ligaments in my left hand in a snowboarding accident. However I have kept all my gear just in case I can play again Quote
