Hi mate, for rota grids they come in the perfect sizes and offsets which are 9.5 front, 10.5 rear. ET20. This will clear the brembos and give a great looking stance without the need to start messing with the arches. As for those second hand ones, essentially just space them to ET20 and they will be the same. Speak to Chris at Tarmac Sportz if you after a new set (just seen you are after 18" not 19" so not sure if they do the sizes i've mentioned in that size but i dont see why they wouldn't and as for the widths and offset, they will be the same anyway)

Did you lacquer them? No, have yours been custom painted? mine were just off ebay i think and came in a sort of black chrome effect. maybe painting is the answer!

Yeah no badges involves filling etc unless you have a roadster i think. I had those black badges but i didnt find they wore very well, mine ended up going up a really weird colour. I've got the satin silver ones but even those dont seem to last very well as mine are already flaking off around the edges. I'm obviously going too fast

Eibach springs have a very good ride quality and a pretty low drop. I certainly wouldn't go lower, mine does scrape every now and then. Had tein springs before and it didn't quite lower enough for me and the ride quality was hideous.
