  1. My last Zed had teins with a veilside v1 lip and that did used to scrape on inclines. Personally i'd go a bit lower and not bother with the lip but your call obviously.
  2. Looks stunning but £50k I think i'd be going for a Cayman. Sorry Alfa, you just know it wont be a great drive
  3. ^^^ its not massively lower but I've had teins on my previous Zed so I know the difference and it is quite a bit if you sat the cars side by side. If you think you'll struggle then dont go that low, I dont have any issues with mine but I dont really have any roads near with speed bumps, none that cause it to scrape anyway. All I would say, the eibachs ride much better than the teins, I found mine rock hard where as these Eibachs are very good even with the rubber band tyres.
  4. Buy a decent one. It will only give you aggro down the line when it's starts rattling like hell!
  5. The feeling of acceleration on an STI is something that has to be tried. They really do kick you back in your seat and its very addictive, couple that with the sound and the gear shift beep and its even more fun. My brother had a WR1 a few years back which is essentially a slightly tuned STI special edition and it was incredible.
  6. Ba Humbug lol:) Dont get me wrong the Amuse kit looks wild but i'd feel like Vin Diesel driving it around. Maybe thats a good thing
  7. They aren't that rare! Lets face it, this forum, autotrader, pistonheads and ebay is all you ever need and most of the cars appear on all three of the latter. Do you really think a dealer is going to bother checking for you each day, just do it yourself and be ready to pounce on a good one. I've missed out on two decent Zeds, a little unfortunate. So ever little helps. Fancy selling me yours? You can buy the wheels

  9. I think they all look tacky. Some nice wheels and a drop is all the 370z needs to look sorted in my opinion.
  10. I bet that is fun in the wet Awesome machine
  11. I'm sure the 35i is an awesome drive but still wouldn't have one. Why spend £30k plus on an Z4 when you can buy a decent used 370Z for under £20k. Even with the extra tax and fuel it will still be the best option financially.
  12. Any traders that can supply these, can you drop me a PM with a posted cost. Also can you tell me what colour primer it's supplied in as I had a feeling them come black. Cheers. P.s sorry if this is in the wrong section
  13. Leon Cupra R, cheap, practical, fast. Bombproof engines and very tuneable for not much money. Cracking cars that still look good on the road even now.
  14. That spoiler looks totally ridiculous in my opinion
  15. ^^^ search for my post as I've got the same wheels on eibach springs with a 30mm drop.
  16. Not really, it's very linear. It will never be like a turbo car. It will be much faster than the WRX once rolling.
  17. I had original nismo usdm skirts of my last zed. Those ones above are the US ones, essentially they are more bulbous and make the car look wider. The uk ones have much smaller 'sticky out' bits.
  18. Exhaust looks great. Bentley wheels!
  19. Gloss back would be my vote. The carbon vinyl is a bit tacky in my opinion. If you put up a pic of your car it will be easy to photoshop a black roof
  20. what brand of tyres are you going for? i'll be interested to see as my fronts - 245/35 Toyo T1-R's are pretty stretched and make kerbing a wheel so easy
  21. I might do mine in corduroy
  22. That blitz spoiler transforms the rear, a must for any roadster to get rid of that bulbous rear
  23. As said its not hard to read at all if you let the oil go totally cold. If its even slightly warm then yes the oil is all over the dipstick but when totally cold on a flat surface its very clear where the oil level is.
