It has 'NISMO' etched into it. If Nismo didn't make it; IT'S A FAKE!!!! Totally agree. As for powder costing I've heard a few horror stories that do the rounds but it's common practise for wheel refurbers and my nismos were done so I really wouldn't worry at all.
