  1. As has been said, the bushings can be replaced, however the ball joint is part of the compression rod. Bushings and compression rods are in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  2. If you are going to do the shocks as well, then best to go for coil overs.
  3. Remove the pads and inspect. Check run out of all 4 rotors on inside and outside with a dial gauge and also check for pad imprint. As said, your suspension looks lowered to me. Providing you have the correct 19" tyre sizes then the rolling circumference will be similar to 18" so the gap at the top with be the same whether 18" or 19".
  4. Eibach sway bars and either Eibach or Tein springs. However, looking at the pictures in your other topic, I think that your car is already lowered.
  5. Pads and or rotors for your brake issue. Should be quite easy to trace and diagnose the rubbing issue. How much clearance between the tyre and this "bolt" What are the dimensions of the tyres that you are running ? You say standard suspension, looks lowered to me.
  6. Best advice that I can give is: Save your money. Regards the Nismo headers from USA, best to check that if fitted to a UK RHD car that there will no interference issues.
  7. Hang about, the reason he chose the garage he did was because it had a large "Nissan" sign on it and boasts of the quality of the training of their technicians then Id certainly make them aware - this isnt just bad service, this is a misdiagnosis that has cost a Nissan customer time and money. I dont doubt that you wont receive payment direct from Nissan UK, but when one of their own franchisees repeatedly misdiagnosis a car and then gets very awkward I think a complaint to head office is definitely worth a punt, you may find they suddenly become a lot easier to deal with. I really would like to believe that would be the case, but you just know that all Nissan Customer Services would do is punt that back to the dealer and wash their hands of any responsibility. Sorry. Totally agree Colin. As most of us know, Nissan will just direct the customer back to the dealer. Sad but true.
  8. Nissan UK will not take any action on your behalf. Your contract is with the garage that sold you the car and also with the garage that tried to fix it. If they are the same garage so much the better. Save your energy as you will only get more frustrated than you are at the moment. Get an informed diagnoses from elsewhere so that you know what you are up against The waiting game that you are playing is only depriving you of the use of your car which will probably just be parked up in the garage car lot somewhere. Good luck. Alex.

You will have to ask Torqen for an informed reply, as the image may be generic.
  10. Thanks Stu, However the OP already has pm'd me, but has failed to send over the payment that he agreed to. If any one wants to jump in, feel free:
  11. Could just be a traction issue caused by your style of driving. Pull the codes and report back
  12. Is your car a JDM import or UK car ?
  13. IMHO standard copper plugs are false economy on the 350Z whether DE or HR. As well as all the other arguments about which is the better plug regarding performance etc. etc. the Iridium will give you around 5 times as much time/ mileage than the copper. Copper will require changing every year or 12,000 miles Iridium should last you circa 5 years or 60,000 miles. If you have to pay a garage to swop out the plugs, they will charge you North of £100.00 each time. Do the maths. I rest my case:
  14. Is that not £19.50 each for the HR ?
  15. 1031 is Bank 1 A/F sensor 1051 is Bank 2 A/F sensor.
  16. Get a code reader that is compatible with your car.
  17. I use the same map on my R35 for Shell and Tesco. You are paying extra for the Shell branding.
