    Brake lines

Avoid Hel Lines Goodridge or Hose Technik are your best bet. CMS have them in stock.
  3. The answer is no to both your questions.
  4. Hope you told them that it is an HR.
  5. You will have to harden up Dougie if you are to become a regular tracker at Knockhill. It was a bit on the cool side as it was difficult to get good heat into the tyres. See you Monday:
  6. One previous owner = 2 owners. Keep up you auld git.
  7. Of course they are safe to use, just nip them up to stop the flow of fluid. No need to squeeze the life out the hose.
  8. Here you go. https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#q=brake+hose+clamp
  9. You can only plug the hose or clamp it. Clamping is the easiest and cleanest.
  10. Yeah, I know this car, and Irfan is correct, it is Kenny and Dawns old car. However I cant, shed any current info on the car as I have not seen it for quite a few years. But what I can say is that Kenny looked after it and always ran on low boost, but he did have some tuning issues if I recall. I do not know where the car has been for the last few years, so go in with your eyes wide open. Alex.
  11. I have some recent parts removed/removing from my 350 TT. All parts are pre owned and in working condition. Bespoke Fuel Return System. 600 + cc injectors Modified fuel pump housing and pump External Aeromotive fuel pump with fittings and bracket. Bespoke fuel swirl tank with Aeromotive fittings HKS FCon Vpro HKS Valcon Valve timing controller Apexi Boost Controller etc.etc.etc. Just drop me a pm if I can help further. Alex.
  12. Litchfields have been tuning and mapping GTRs for many, many years and only recently installed a dyno. All there tuning and mapping before the dyno install was all live road. My present GT-R R35 has never seen a dyno and running circa 720 bhp courtesy of Ecutek My 350Z, now running Syvecs S6 plus and circa 666bhp will also be capable of remote mapping including populating tyre sizes to maximise traction control.
  13. Brakes were all good with no pad or fluid fade, as upgraded. AP J Hooks Carbotech pads, XP12 fronts and XP10 rears. Goodridge Lines Castrol React SRF Racing Fluid. Not endurance, so no pad swop required as quite easy to manage the brakes, tyres and other fluids. Circa 15 laps with a warm up and cool down, then 15mins in the paddock, so over a 4 hour period circa 120 laps. Worth mentioning that this car as being the Track Edition has the added benefit of front and rear brake ducting installed from the factory.
  14. Below are 5 manufacturers off the top of my, however there are others. Graffiti Sparco UR NRG Cipher
  15. Great fun at Knockhill yesterday. It was a SIDC 4 hour open pit lane event and the rain stayed off for the full 4 hours. There was a superb turn out of cars and NOT one red flag the whole day which exemplifies the very high standard of driving on the day. Bumped into Ewen and Rich from CMS who were having there own personal duel out on track and the smiles on there coupons said it all. My highlight had to be the "race" that I had with the Ferrari 458 Challenge. We were locking horns for 8 very hard laps (sub57s) and he just never got quite close enough for an overtaking manoeuvre. The 458 had the slight edge on the curves but the AWD of the 35 just pulled me out the corners and the 35 was also faster on the straights. Used 2 x tanks of fuel and did 120 laps. Is that not what the Easter Weekend is all about. And then a final attempt to try and get the edge over the old Datson.
  16. Yes, give them a shout. Ewen or Rich.

    New GTR

Wait until you are driving in earnest on track and you will find that the steering wheel shift paddles are so much easier. F1 and others can not be wrong. Nissan have learnt from there mistake and have rectified accordingly.
  18. Get them direct from Nissan your self or better still get CMS to do the leg work for you as they will probably have them in stock.
  19. So what do you want ? Azure or Carbon?
  20. The reason for a braided line is to help stop the fluid from boiling, which in turn will give you a firmer clutch pedal. CMS would be your best bet. Here you go : http://www.clarkmotorsport.co.uk/parts/Uprated-Concentric-Slave-Cylinder/113278
