That is typical banana arm symptoms as the knock is usually only heard on rough surfaces at low speed. Unfortunately, worm ball joints on the banana arm cannot be detected in the usual manner (visually, on a ramp with a pry bar) If nothing else is showing signs of wear, it will be the banana arm ball joint giving you the knock. I have a pair of SPC (Eibach) front arms which came off my 350 recently, (replaced with SPL) Below is an image of when they were new. The hardware kit in the image was never fitted so still brand new. Let me know if of interest to you and I will take some images when next over in the shop.
