  1. If it is the Berks that are at fault then an up rev should fix the problem as they can be turned off when doing the tune.
  2. I do not think that you will find anyone to provide that service. Most including myself avoid such jobs. Even the guys that provide a replacement fabric roof service don't get involved with such roof checks/repairs.
  3. It is just a rough temperature guide, the handbook will be more specific. Basically, the canvas loses its flexibility when cold and the roof mechanism cannot cope. If you leave the car with the heater on for about 30 minutes then that may help, but a word of warning, DO NOT manually attempt to operate the roof.
  4. This is the time of year when most roof issues get reported. There is a temperature operation restriction on the roofs and I have found with the OEM material that any attempted operation below 5 degrees C may result in damage to the fabric and the operation mechanism.
  5. There are 2 x tanks but only 1 x filler. The headlamp washer feeds off the windscreen washer tank.
  6. As Shezza has said: ^^^ Headlamp washer pumps in stock and good to go same/next day.
  7. I have a pair of pre owned for sale. however, collection only from PH1 4HS or PH2 6EZ
  8. 4 hours labour to install a clutch kit in a DE.
  9. Yes, but I would recommend a new pivot ball.
  10. In that case, this is the best that I can do: https://www.4ignis.co.uk/fridge-freezer/arl-758a-853977801012/catalogue.pl?path=642802&model_ref=4518152&page=2
  11. Buy a new one and ditch all the defrosted food
  12. I sincerely hope that you are not referring to me.
  13. And your rash comments at £100.00 a pop could become quite costly
  14. Stand back and think about it for a moment Dan, instead of going off like a cannon.
  15. Providing it is a 6 speed manual and not an auto box then it will fit, however, you will have to fit a cast UK clutch fork and the appropriate pivot ball.
  16. If your car is leaning out then I would not recommend that the car is driven in earnest until the issue is fixed.
  17. I reckon that the insurance claim would be successful if worded correctly as interpretation would be key.(excuse the pun) "Damaged" could be construed as broken so I do not think that they would instruct a loss adjuster in this instance. What you have is a damaged component which is clearly defined in the JL print. IMHO I do not view this issue as wear and tear as I have experienced this issue on extremely low mileage cars. Just my 2 pence worth, although still a bit of a grey area. Good luck.
  18. Yes, the 265 will fit a standard 18" Ray. I used to run the Federal RSR (amongst others) on my 350 until I recently changed to Yokohama A052's I think that I may still have a new set of RSR's in stock, so if you decide to go that route then let me know and I will confirm the sizes and work out a deal for you. Alex.
  19. Just in case you did not find it: https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/77426-buyers-guide/
  20. If it is the release bearing that is noisy then a new one will fix your issue, however, if it is the gearbox idler gear/first motion shaft bearing that is noisy, then it will not.
  21. Talk to Nissan customer services before you proceed with any Ombudsman. They may authorise a goodwill as warranty will definitely not pay
  22. Chris, Preowned gearboxes in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Also when the box is out might be a plan to swop out the clutch at the same time. https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/117982-for-sale-clutch-and-flywheel-combo-kits-10-in-stock/?tab=comments#comment-1759827 Alex.
