Thanks daz. Iv gone with 5w 40. As i believe its slightly thicker oil. And used pentonas as iv used in lots of my previous cars

Cheers all. So before a start a whole new topic on something u guys have covered in depth im sure. My first question is who can direct me to the what oil to use. I know 5w 30 or 5w 40 seem to be the options but id like to know which one is best for a 370z around 13k miles in the uk. From wat i know 5w 30 is best for fuel econemy and 5w 40 better for engine protection.. Can someone confirm that this is right. And what oil brand should i use im thinking more on 5w 40. sod the fuel saving wanna keep engine sweet as possible
