I think it'll be superb, as both machines are nigh-on identical so should make programming for them equally a piece of cake. I can't see either console coming out as a 'winner', as MS don't care about Japan (mainly because no-one there cares about them!) and Sony always use the Japan figures to bump up their relatively poor showing in the US. It'll be neck and neck through the next five years, as people are now committed to either their GS or their Trophys, and that makes people stick with one brand more than any one exclusive.

You won't make 5.9 in a standard Zed, unless you fancy destroying your drivetrain. Manufacturer figures rarely tell the truth on these. Non-premium brands over exaggerate, premium brands under estimate as a rule.

Which makes a 3.9s in a Zed the more impressive, as you've got all that torque to deal with and stop the wheels spinning up. It's why the 600bhp GT2RS is slower to 60 than the 500bhp Turbo PDK.

It would need sticky tyres, an incredible launch and very swift gearchanges, but it's doable. Put it this way, my 911 has been timed at 3.9secs with 385bhp, PDK, 1500kg AND launch control, so for a manual car to do that with a bit more power is seriously impressive. Or there's no clutch left

Oddly enough, stupidity is one of the things that does annoy me, you are quite correct. I feel a surge of anger whenever I see a post that has no redeeming content whatsoever, and this anger flows towards my fingertips like a warm shot of heroin in a junkie's vein, and finally this anger is sprouted on the page by way of the Keyboard Of Wrath. Also, your full stop key appears to be broken.

Adding a comment is fine. Adding a comment without actually adding anything to the conversation other than making yourself look a bit of a knob is somewhat less desirable.

I did mention it a few pages back, but they are all without doubt the most difficult waxes to work with out of any that I've ever used, and the finish isn't worth the effort. Even the basic DJBV is better than the samples, much less the DJSN.

Agreed. First of all I got annoyed by the PS4 fanbois calling it the Xbone as an insult. That kind of lazy insulting grinds my gears, so I decided from that point on that I too would call it the Xbone, and take the name back and use it with pride. Whichever is the better console is irrelevant. I don't play console, I play games, and I'll buy the console with the best games on for me. PS3 is a better console than the 360 technically, but I still bought the 360 first. PS2 over DC, and PS1 over Saturn, but I bought the latter console first in both cases.

I've worn an MX5 t-shirt whilst in the '5, and worn a 911 one whilst driving that They're the PH outline drawing ones, so not too tacky, but still verging on the side of naff for sure!

Agreed. 3MPS will feel quicker until you're doing silly speeds, but it doesn't look or sound as good.

The voice side is the thing I'm looking forward to the most. Not necessarily for me, but if it can work with Sky and other media sources it would make the whole system much friendlier for the other half to use. Project Spark is capable of motion capture via Kinect, now that really is something promising.
