  1. As long as you're happy with adjusting the brake bias, then no reason why not. You should never do it the other way round (i.e. moving the bias rearward), but forwards is fine. My old PF setup had harsher pads on the front than the rear, simply because PF don't do an 01 compound for the back so I had to use the Z-rated pads. Tbh though, for the relative small sums of money you're talking I'd just run YS all round.
  2. If you want to change just for the sake of it, then go for it: They're great cars. However, if it's a cost-saving exercise then you might be better off sticking with the Zed. By the time you've inevitably spent more on buying the BMW via the higher sticker price and losing on whatever the Zed goes for, you then need to add in the extra cost of diesel itself, plus the BMW-tax for consumables, and extra cash for the modding. By that time, and over the course of a few years, you may actually not be any better off financially. It's just something to consider.
  3. I'd rather see the best drivers at the front, than running amongst the pack.
  4. Vettel didn't even finish the race, much less get a better part. If the FIA had a spare part, why did they tell RB to use the defective one and they'd sort it out later? Again, I'm not saying RB were right to ignore the directions (in fact they were downright stupid), but the FIA hasn't covered itself in glory here.
  5. Just kidding! GTS is a no-brainer, as long as the owner replaced the alcantara with full leather.
  6. 370Z.
  7. Even if the part is wrong and faulty? Just to play DA, if they abide by the rules then why get penalised for the FIA failure to buy decent bits?
  8. I recommend you get hold of the cheapest, crappiest tyres you can find. Not a phrase I say often
  9. If only everyone hadn't whinged about the original Xbone design for games, we would all be able to share games now and this would be so much easier
  10. Why buy a sports car in Resale Grey? Go for the red one!
  11. But with the 50 mile journey, they car will actually warm up and burn off the nasties. The cold car will just leave them sitting in there, eating horses.
  12. Surely the Queen doesn't drive, and if she does it'll be really short distances across town so she'll get worse fuel mileage than any of us
  13. Isle Of Man. /thread If you don't fancy that, then the highlands are pretty much unbeatable IMHO.
  14. I've had as high as 422 and as low as 60 when I had mine. All down to usage and driving style, no right or wrong answer.
  15. Yeah, V6 turbos always sound rubbish: Bloody awful, that is.
  16. That's not uncommon, to be fair. As long as it's fixed before collection, just haggle it out of the price. Not keen on them describing it as immaculate, though. That's not on.
  17. Bargain What's the auto 'box like?
  18. At £20 it'd be worth it I think. Maybe I just need to get further into the game, I dunno.
  19. I did read the reviews, but some did mention a few bits I thought I'd enjoy. Tbh it's okay, but no more than that. Gfx are awful though, more brown than Quake!
  20. Any OEM stereo will go to max without damaging the speakers. Be pretty rubbish if it didn't!
  21. I'd go and drive one on the roads you'll actually be using it on. Surely there must be some good roads within 30mins of Doncaster?!
  22. And how many miles? Far more useful than number of winters used.
  23. I just can't be arsed to drive to the shops, or wait for delivery.
  24. Trade in? Like buying physical media? What a quaint idea Nah, digital purchases only for me. No bother, I never used to trade in anyway.* *mass 360 trade in for the Xbone excluded
