  1. Driven one on road and track. Road was a coupe manual, track was an SMG ragtop. The interior looks dated, but is made of good quality stuff. I'd say it's an equal for a 350Z, rather than just better. The engine is a peach, loves to rev and makes a great noise. Needs a good intake though! M3 felt much heavier than the Zed, although I found it much easier to slide perversely. No idea why. Brakes are sh*t and need upgrading. Seriously, you'll kill them far too easily as stock. SMG 'box takes some getting used to, but I do quite like it. However, big bills when they go wrong as my mate with the ragtop has found out... It just feels a bit big to be a sports car, but if you're happy with the BMW now then that's not a problem. I wouldn't say it felt significantly better on the turn in than a Zed, if at all. 645s are also available in the manual, but that's proper barging!
  2. We had a 1L Aygo and it was absolutely immense. Did everything it should, handled very well and sounded like half a V6: Great fun! Okay, more expensive cars that are rubbish: R57 Mini CS. How anyone can find a car that has that much torque steer when you brush the throttle remotely fun is beyond me. Seating position is a bit guff, steering wheel too fat, but it does make a vaguely interesting noise I guess.
  3. It's cheap and a lot of old dears like them Neither of which makes a difference. There are equally cheap & better cars out there, and old people aren't always stupid. God, I hate those cars. Even more than I hate the gen1 KA, and that's saying something.
  4. 1L K11 Micra. There is not a more spiteful car ever made on the planet still in existence. It has literally zero redeeming qualities.
  5. Oh man, you now have my sympathies
  6. Quiet, you!
  7. Bagsy the keys next time on track Looks great bud, I'd never have guessed one of these with that torque figure over that power one!
  8. I think you're banned from suggesting cars on this thread now
  9. Look at the downtime over the years, and the hacking stuff, and the speed of updates on issues. The update issues on the PS4 are relatively minor hiccups affecting one game, there have been far bigger problems with PSN than that. I don't think there's much argument to be had that XBL is more stable, but then so it should be seeing as how MS have always charged for it. Sony will get there though, and that's the point at which MS will have to start giving more things away with XBL to compete
  10. So there's no way of getting audio out of the TT other than ripping it apart and soldering? When was this TT made, 2004?!
  11. PS+ is much better than XBL for free games, but XBL is much more robust for online gaming. Horses for courses, no right/wrong answer as to which is 'better'.
  12. You're adding more weight in the worst possible place. Turn in, braking, acceleration, feedback, all will be affected for the worse.
  13. It's a bargain for what you get, I have it and I don't even use my PS3 anymore!
  14. It's not free on the PS4. You must have PS+ to play online.
  15. I thought it was 4 bazillion at least How are you finding the PSE compared with the gts?

    Looks lovely Hugh
  17. Proper car, proper spec, proper nice. Good choice my friend
  18. Out of the two, the wolf. I've never seen the point in spending fortunes on making cars look good when they're bone stock underneath.
  19. Craig's list? I see what you did there!
  20. I bought an M3 after my Zed. Less than 12hrs later I decided it wasn't for me so I got a 911 instead. Ironically I now really want one again!
  21. They can't help the weather when doing the photos! Car looks fine, but I'd want details of the servicing as well as to know it's only been run on 97+ fuel in the current owner's hands. As always, full inspection needed really.
  22. I'll take her number, she sounds amazing!
  23. Yeah, I'll have that one as well, although for me it wasn't just taking it flat (that's easy in an MR2 with no power!) it was the first time I went up it on a sighting lap: Proper spine tingling stuff, when you're sat there recalling the duals in F1 etc over the years. Maybe a bit big headed this next one, but another one was this year when me and the lads went to Donington for a trackday for my mate's 40th, and people threw me the keys to their cars to take them out as I knew the track better than they did. To a single man, they all came back in a little bit trembly and commenting that they had no idea how I could go that fast in a car I didn't know. Yes, massive ego boost, but I'd always considered them all to be much quicker and better drivers than me for the 12 years I've known them, and now to be considered as 'the fast one' amongst us was quite a nice feeling. Still not a patch on some you guys on here though, like Brillo and Doc. One day though, one day...
  24. I knocked one of my brother's front teeth out once when we were fighting It wasn't even a proper fight, just scrapping over something silly and I caught him at the wrong angle.
