As I said on FB, I feel sorry for the people but I won't shed any tears over the company departing.

Vinyl plates are legal, they just won't pass MOT and do not conform to the correct standards so you're asking for a 7 day wonder. Just stick a normal size plate on the bumper where it's supposed to be. Any lower and you risk blocking airflow to the rad, any higher and it just looks a bit silly.

The mansion tax thing is incredibly dangerous. It may start at homes over £2M, but then it'll be £1M, then £750k, then £500k, and so on until it's hitting every single home owner who just so happens to have worked hard enough to provide for themselves.

406 coupe was a beautiful car, some great lines on that for sure. 456 not exactly desirable, but it does have a 5.5L V12 to make up for it...
