  1. I happily switch between the two without issue. I've a Win10 laptop at work, an Win10 PC at home, an iMac for Jo, and we use iPhones & iPads when on the go. Really, there's very little in it any more, and both have their good bits and bad bits. The bad bits on both are so few though, I'd go with whatever is cheaper and 'feels' better. Surface Pro isn't a cheap bit of kit any more either though, however as you say it has the benefit of using a proper OS so I see no reason not to go that way.
  2. But it's a common name in that part of the world, like being called Dave Smith here or whatever. Why should he change it? Still, he got his five minutes I guess.
  3. You really would want all three. 918 as the every day, FLF as the weekend toy, P1 for the track. Make me choose just one and I'll take the Ferrari though. It's the ugliest, but I couldn't pick a V8 over that V12.
  4. Indeed, that's exactly what the case was by the time I'd finished with it! The card is now in and working a treat
  5. Protip: When buying a new gfx card, especially a powerful one, do check to make sure it fits your case first.
  6. I have decent VXR220 and 911 shots
  7. How dare those awful police not stand out from the crowd and try and catch people breaking the law!!! Who do they think they are??!!!!!11
  8. No one likes those headlamps, and in every review its proclaimed as sh*t to drive. Or disappointing, at best.

    Gtr vs gt3 991

Yeah, I very much doubt that GT3 is being driven by a pro who knows the track, as there's plenty of places his line and entry speed is wrong and you can see the PSM save him. Still a better driver than I am though! I think that just shows how good the 991 GT3 actually is, that it's equal footing with a 4WD car with more horsepower
  10. Soon I can start to get a hard on because I can play a game at 1080/60, and then I can get equally mad when the game comes out bugged and patches break it
  11. Sssshhhh, stop ruining my predictive skillz with your common sense!
  12. Just pushed the button on an Nvidia 980, PC Master Race here I come!
  13. Ah, the risk of modding a car in warranty. To be fair they're correct to refuse the claim, however what you need is a simple report from an expert garage to say that there is no way that the damage to the clutch could have been caused by the power increase. That may well swing things in your favour. HOWEVER, if Nissan do defend this claim in court then I would not be taking it that far. It's highly likely they'll be able to baffle a judge more than you will, and your mods will not go in your favour. At that point, if court looks likely, just get it fixed yourself as it'll be cheaper and much less stress. A pragmatic approach, if you will.
  14. That just superheats my urine something chronic. It's not f*cking dangerous to drive over a path to get to a driveway, millions of people do it every day and no-one f*cking dies. He's not parking on f*cking grass, it's a proper driveway so looks absolutely fine so no aesthetic issues there. It appears to be a f*cking 30mph straight bit of road, how the f*ck can that be unsafe to turn into? Is it then unsafe to turn off the road at a junction as well? That's a f*cking council busybody trying to make a f*cking name for themselves, nothing else. All it's done is cost the taxpayer a f*ckton of money as the council will have had to pay the contractor to put it back AND extra to install that f*cking ugly metal barrier in the f*cking path. Really, really, REALLY f*cks me off when this kind of stupidity happens. And then you'll have the council complaining they've got no money! Honestly. I mean, the bloke is a bit daft for not making sure he had permission in writing first, and he's definitely stupid for buying an Ampera, but otherwise it's all on Hull council being a bunch of f*ckwits.
  15. Xbone for me, although I'm getting back into PC gaming shortly so may well end up with my rig upstairs instead.
  16. You know I'm right though Same thing as I said about Honda returning to F1: Everyone got really excited about it and proclaimed that they'd be so much better than everyone else as they won stuff years ago, but they hadn't produced a decent engine in a road car for years much less a racing engine. No surprises that it turned out to be a dog.
  17. It's a lovely looking thing, but you just know it's going to be rubbish to drive. Just like all modern Alfas. The 4C should've been amazing, indeed it was hard to see how they could muck it up, but they did.
  18. That rear is vile. Chargespeed or OEM for me.
  19. Thanks god for that! I've the same shifter, it's a lovely bit of kit. What pedals are you using?
