  1. Do yourself a favour and bin that cheap plastic 458 wheel and get the proper metal Ferrari Challenge wheel. Transforms the steering feel by a mile, best thing I ever did on mine.
  2. Ah, not that different then.
  3. Night and day. And I say that as a former ragtop owner. Fully braced and specced ragtop was slower on track than a boggo coupe. It made me sad
  4. It's threads like these that make me feel a bit like Jesus, watching my disciples go off and spread the good word.
  5. Just get the 500GB version then buy a 4TB external drive for £70. 1GB won't ever be enough anyway, so one way or another you'll be upgrading at some point.
  6. Personally, I wouldn't bother. Keep a £1K slush fund, or make sure you can get your hands on that in an emergency (i.e. credit card) and just enjoy the car.
  7. I've got 10 hours to play via EA Access, but I can tell you already that there's no chance of me buying the full game. The reviews don't exactly persuade me either.
  8. wrong! it's up to the seller to prove that there is no fault when they sold it, you don't have to prove anything edit: within the first 6m. SOGA Wrong. SOGA no longer applies.
  9. Apart from the chav bonnet, that's lovely.
  10. And that's why Auto Express isn't taken seriously.
  11. I bought one, for France. As in a proper one, not a single use one they flog at the tunnel. It was useful, but tbh it ended up being a game for a group of us out there to see who could blow the highest reading after a skinful In retrospect, I'd either grab a handful of the single use ones (might be cheap now you don't actually need them in France) or just not drive the day after at all.
  12. Sneakytimes! Is this for the Huracan Spider launch? I think I'm booked in for a day in December, can't wait to see it up close.
  13. *bookmarked* This is going to be an epic project fella, can't wait to see the outcome.
  14. I had Hoonigan stickers on my MX-5
  15. Tbh, it's only since owning the 645 that I've really noticed it. On paper and up to about a ton it's no quicker than a DE 350, but the rate at which it gains speed above that is seriously impressive for a big car.
  16. Also, please change your sig, that apostrophe is hurting my eyes
  17. You're thinking of a private sale, with caveat emptor. This was a trade sale, so it doesn't apply.
  18. Ooh, now that's a good shout, good thinking
  19. It's only when you get to the bigger speeds that more power counts. Below that there's nowt in it. Get above the ton and see the difference
  20. Pangbourne. It's in the first post!
  21. Not recorded, Special! That's crucial!
