    I used to see one every day for 2 years! it's Night Blue btw still a rare colour introduced in 2007 my personal fave btw the bumpers are generally half a shade out if anyone looks at it and thinks they have been resprayed!

    thats a Top mod - well spotted mate - there is 1 teeny weeny thing I would suggest though - did you put some extra insulation tape around the cable where it feeds through the bottom of the HU - dont want it chaffing and shorting out again the metal frame - just to be safe

    Why not go the whole hog - in the 70's you could get a Ballyhoo Beetle - this carried on to the Golfs and Polos years later - handy if your involved in a crash and need a replacement panel!

    This topic was already covered a while back but I would go for the 313 - the slight reworking of the engine has given it more lower down torque and the fuel economy is a lot better in my view, plus they seem to sounds louder (probably because of the twin air intakes) The '06 cars are probably a very close call though but I am biased

    For me it just got too expensive but mine was the full £400+ tax plus £580 insurance + £100 per week on petrol then new tyres £380 still cheaper than most cars of this type but the £100 per week petrol was just pushing things too far

Ha ha ha your probably right - never mind Area 51 more like The A51. I would have loved to see the look of the Aston salesman when he found out what the plan was
