    sounds like valve seals, oil is getting past the seals and dripping into the cylinder, most noticable at start up or if left ticking over (traffic lights) to replace them you need the heads removing, the seals are cheap but a lot of labour involved, plus head gasket etc but it isn't worth doing without a compression test to make sure the bottom end is all good

    The only movement the exhaust shouldl get is from the engine mounts Have you checked all the rubber hangers are still in place Esp. The two hangers that stick out after the mid pipe silencers
