Yeah and especially if he's not got the Zed any longer
Who says I wont have one?
I thought you'd decided on a Skyline.
On another note entirely, what's the snow like with you and is it worth me attempting to get to work in Ponty?
Hi Steve and welcome from another resident of South Wales. I'm down in the Vale near Cowbridge so not too far away. Your second choice looks a much better car - less miles, less money and the driver's seat in the first one looked well worn. Good luck with your search.
I agree you won't have much chance of any come-back based on what the salesman said, but if something is stated in an advert, computer generated or not, and it doesnt meet the description you should be covered under the Trade Descriptions Act.
If you are at all unhappy with the car then I would be looking to get a full refund on the grounds of being sold something that is not what was described both in the advert and verbally by the salesman. If however you want to keep the car, then it's up to you what steps if any you take from here.
It could be a blocked crankcase breather. Try taking the oil filler cap off with the engine ticking over and if there is smoke or vapour coming out then that will indicate back pressure.
Bad luck. Judging by the angle of the wheel I would say the bottom arm is definately bent. It should however be a straight take off and replace job so long as nothing else is damaged.
