  1. Happy Birthday dude, and the belated present - getting you car back - will be well worth the wait
  2. Thats what I was trying to find for him. Maybe mummy could knitt you one
  3. And hence why no one will copy it! Well done matey
  4. Ah in that case you only need the single. You have a VQ35DE engine which only has a single intake and throttle The dual setup is only for the latest engine, the VQ35HR, which has 2 intakes and 2 throttles, one on each side. Hope that helps
  5. Its not as simple as turning one around as Grant says. The dual pop chargers for the later model cars have a metal intake tube as well as the pop charger itself, and this is why it is more expensive than 2x single pop chargers. Unfortunately if you want a pop charger for the later model car, you are going to have to get the proper dual ones.
  6. No worries dude, was good to meet you. Hope to see you as an owner soon Dont worry about the missus, thats why me and Ben both bring them with us, we can leave them chatting for hours and they dont notice we're gone
  7. I seem to remember looking at this before, and the door of the glovebox is built into that piece its on. So that bit that is pulled away is one piece and not simply popped into the whole like the sub cover. Could be wrong though, its been over 18 months since I had that apart!
  8. If I remember rightly, once you remove the plastic panel, you then need to remove the trim thats left (whole piece from one side to the other) and then its just a few bolts to get it out. I think you need to remove the big bit of trim to access the bolts, not just the little cover than pops out. Hope that makes sense EDIT: This should help Trim part removed - can see the bolts to undo All out
  9. No dont need it on a track day, but you will need it if you want to compete at pretty much any level. Always nice to have it to be sure though if you have a pure track machine. You have to get some Brides Adrian
  10. OMP make some subframes, but they dont have a seatbelt buckle mount if you need one. I guess you could get a fabricator to weld you on a bracket pretty easy though. Wouldnt fancy having fixed buckets in a daily driver car though
  11. Yup not a problem. I dont know much of a route around Reading to show off the Zeds handling, but more than welcome to come over and have a nosey. Thats what the club is for
  12. Yeah, just checked out Talkaudio, and to advertise you need at least 50 posts and been an active member for at least 30 days.
  13. I tend to apply mine in with a circular motion and then in back and forth to finish. Gets decent coverage then. But its pretty much down to you how you do it, just make sure its fully covered. HD wax is rated by some, but I'd prefer to spend a bit more and get Dodo Juice
  14. Yeah, could be release agent on the tyres still. Do they look scrubbed over the whole of the tread? I hear Toyos can be very slippy when they arent yet scrubbed in. Can take 500miles or more depending on your driving style.
  15. reminds me of indexing in windows xp, what a pile of cr*p that was. Yup, and still crap in Vista and Windows 7
  16. Unfortunately, due to technical constraints we cant allow anything under 3 characters. If you want to be a geek about it, basically it indexes all the words, so to index 2-3 char words, you can imagine would return an aweful lot to index. As Stew says, use google and include the site name, works 9 times out of 10 (they have more space and power to index 2-3 char words)
  17. Thats the one I was illuding to
  18. clutch seems to be behaving its self, no smells on the way home, and no slipping, must have been a one off, i think part of it may have been down to driving style. and not beijng fully in gear and clutch up before corners and ending up feathering the clutch without realising. seem to have got away with it, but i might save my tracking days for go karting, makes me nervous doing it with the Zed, might feel better after having some track tuition. I'd blame your mate
