  1. Spoke to Martins, they said they normally fit Falkens on Zeds! I've asked them to order in the Bridgestones, should I just get these or go for the Falkens on the front? Decisions decisions!!
  2. Hi guys, The handling of my 350z has been off recently and checking the front tyres they are unevenly worn, both of them have more wear on the left hand side. A few questions if I may: - I assume this is due to alignment? Is it likely to be anything else? - I have the standard Bridgestones on, and the rears have plenty of tread left. I was planning on buying the same again for the fronts, and maybe getting falkens once the rears have worn down more? - Does anyone have any recommendations as to who to take it to? We live near Woking/Guildford. - Do I just need to take the alignment settings posted here to the alignment centre? Thanks! -TPO.
  3. He was lucky, if he'd gone into a tube station the police might have blown his head off instead! Seriously though, parking on doubles in central London??? Eegit.
  4. you weren't at s20004u by chance? They appear to be shysters...
  5. We went to the Ritz-Carlton in Sharm this time last year (I did a review on TripAdvisor with a couple of photos) - we booked B&B but upgraded to half-board when we got there, awesome with 4 restaurants, great spa and pool, fairly quiet resort and the beach is coral sand but is known for the best reef in Sharm, it was amazingly good. My workmate went to the Savoy and said it was fantastic, had a proper beach down into the sea rather than the edge of the Ritz-Carlton's beach if any of those details up. If you want specifics on RC, just ask. We started off with 2 nights in Cairo to see the pyramids, museum and do a dinner cruise before transferring to Sharm, worked out nicely (tip if you stay in Cairo and book a pyramid visit, get them to start an hour earlier in the morning, you miss all the tour buses flooding the pyramid area later on). -TPO.
  6. That look on her face just before when she realises what's about to happen! If I was sick like that I'd be needing to lie down, she carries on like a trooper!
  7. Hey, saw a GM coupe pulling out of the BP Garage on Bagshot Rd near Bisley - with indicators built into the front reflectors! How/where did you get those?!

    mpg??

Ours was on 17.4mpg when we picked it up from the dealers and has reached 18.2mpg after 10 weeks, mainly commuting driving and a few long country drives

    Stray tubing?

Hi rtbiscuit, it definitely feels like it, soft black etc and it didn't appear attached to the exhaust, like it should have been tucked up somewhere but was loose?
  10. I was cleaning the exhaust tips earlier and saw a rubber tube hanging down slightly behind the bumper on the left hand side, and resting on top of the left exhaust tip? I *think* it's related to the rear parking sensors as it seems to go back up to a hole along with one of the narrow wires from a sensor. Has anyone else seen this? Would I be ok going in via the boot to try and pull it up? I'm assuming that having a rubber tube on a hot exhaust isn't the best idea!! Thanks, -TPO.
  11. Warranty on the wheels is up to 3 years I believe - I am a different owner and that wasn't mentioned or asked by Ancaster, they just said they took photos and will let me know. So my assumption is that it's fully transferable, as I'd expect! -TPO.
  12. We managed to get my 12yo niece to ride SAW Excellent ride, Stealth is fantastic too. Good tip for Stealth - go in the single-rider queue, it's such a short ride it's not worth queuing for 60 mins just to sit together, only 10 mins in the s.r. queue
  13. Hello again! Spotted on the A29 I think it was, got a wave and a smile, then ended up following each other for a couple of miles into Nyman Gardens so parked next to him and said hi Nice to find out you were on the forum lol -TPO.
  14. I'm pretty sure minor items like that won't be covered, that's just normal wear-and-tear. Check the alloys for any bubbling (see my thread) and listen for any clicking from the back - other threads on here list the likely warranty issues.
