Yep - should be up for this will enjoy the drive down and back with or without another when there But nothing better than a convoy of ZEDs to turn the heads and bring on the -
That looks a nice ZED and I can't remember seeing a Kuro Nismo one before. With the level of kit on it and the condition in the photos that does look a good buy. All it really needs is the Nismo wheels And I had many compliments about the Alezan in my previous (black) Zed - a colour combination that I think is the most successful, IMO.

Following on from the May weekend and in the absence of the Hoon this year, we have another weekend planned for your driving enjoyment (Limited to 350/370 ZEDS only). Based again at Moreton Park Lodge/Hotel, Chirk, LL14 5DG, there will be drive-outs on the Saturday and Sunday. ChrisS has kindly agreed to help and with his local knowledge some great new roads will be included, but retaining many of the best used in May. We won't be doing the long drive down to the Elan Valley (as nice as the roads are) and will keep the mileage on each day to under 150. Two new lunch stops are being organized to add to the variety. If enough interest is shown, a minibus can be arranged for the WAGS (or any HABS for that matter ) to do some shopping on the Saturday. Moreton Park have agreed some special rates for us again. £47.00 (single) £54.00 (double) Bed & Breakfast with a mixture or Suites and standard rooms, but first come first served with the Suites. To keep the booking arrangements simple you just need to mention the forum (350z-uk) and your forum username to get the discount and I will be in regular contact with Moreton to monitor numbers. Moreton's number is 01691776666. Their website, which includes their T&C's, is http://www.moretonpark.com. For anyone who has not visited the adjacent 'garden' centre, it offers much more than the title suggests see this link: http://www.thebestof.co.uk/local/wrexha ... ntre/26689 An evening meal on the Saturday can be had at Moreton and rather than a set 'group' (limited) menu meal as in May, we can order from the full menu although, given the fewer numbers expected, but we can all be sat together in 'our own' part of the restaurant. Nearer the time details about the two lunch stops will be revealed and then the routes released about a week before the weekend itself. Rather than several threads running there will be just two. This thread will be locked and used for the event details including the entry list below that will be updated daily and kept in this post for easy reference. The second thread will be for discussion/comments where you can post your entry interest, or you can pm your details to me if you wish. Please provide the details applicable for you, as shown in the list below. Forum discussion thread here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=38862 (Hover your mouse over the attachment and click to enlarge the detail) AS AT 15/9/2010 So another chance to enjoy the spectacular Welsh scenery on some of Wales best driving roads - not to be missed! If any of our traders wish to attend the weekend, please pm me If you are not a member of the 350Z-uk.com but would like to take part, membership of the forum is completely free and there is no 'entry fee' to take part in these focused drives - the only conditions being you sign up as a member and have a 350Z or 370Z to use

Although underground, the 'development' you have have in mind will require planning permssion as it is the the front garden. Now if it were at the side or back, or formed a basement level in the garage..... Its the 'purpose' to which the operation serves that matters. If you simply decided you wanted a landscaped hole in your garden then that could be argued as not requiring planning permission but now you have indicated the purpose you will probably have to think of parking your Ferrari elsewhere I'm afraid.

Wow - that's dedication - all the way from Germany Is this this just a static meet or is a drive planned as well ? -
I was wondering that as the OP must have had his keys in the ignition to have the radio on (see his first post)

Did you not forget that i am the first person to be officially slapped? Note to Mike and Beavis, it bloody hurts But you enjoyed it, eh -
But as I indicated in my previous post the other driver may well say it was Nixy who pulled over and then did not stop (who I hasten to add I have no doubt was utterly blameless, before I get a ) . Without a witness what will the police do? Just one of those things that we all get upset about, like the hit and run barstewards, but then getting all stressed out trying in vain to put a wrong right, and you can even end up being the accused! Best left alone IMHO.

I always give the car a soaking with a hose on a soft spray then a more more focused stream to remove all the loose particles. When I soap the car (Megs Gold Class in warm water) I initially just gently cover the area and then more vigorously use the mitt with a further soapy water to remove the more stubborn marks/flies. The main thing I have learnt since being on this forum is to ensure the ZED has a good wax covering, and regularly topped up, which certainly helps to stop muck adhering. Using the Super Natural wax now - quite hard to put on but it does the trick and lasts well which helps to off-set its intial high cost

As much as I hate this sort of thing, our resident solicitor Digsy is right - highly unlikely anything will be done and at the end of the day it will the 'cows' word against yours, if no other witness June had the wing mirror on her Jazz busted by a passing Sainsbury's delivery van. To his credit the driver stopped and details exchanged although he did not admit liability but experience told me, after visiting the store concerned to find that the incident would be reported to their insurers, that although there was no damage to the van the best this would end up would be on a knock for knock basis once it got in insurers hands. Not worth having a 'claim' recorded and agreed with the store we would not pursue and nor would they and just put my hand in my pocket for the £240 replacement wing mirror. Less ongoing aggro all round and it was soon forgotten - which I would said might apply in your case Nixy?

Not exactly sure what item you are referring to but this link may help? http://liljerk.morpheus.net/350Z/rear_speakers/ Otherwise, a search in the guides section might produce what you are looking for

Better still - change the exhaust - first and most essential mod for a 370

You are not far from Stew who has been known to to do the odd detailing or I'm sure he would point you point in the right direction - I bet he could get near-on a nought knocked off that £1.5k for a decent exterior detail

All credit to you for seeking out the best way to clean/protect your car but I would honestly say that as you are saying you are not well experienced in cleaning methods and you can see scratches on your 2-year old purchase IMO I consider that getting a professional detailer in to get the car as perfect as possible would be a very sound investment. There are some good detailers out there and some advertise on here - (see the traders section) When my previous black 350 was about a year old and had picked up swirls etc I got a detailer to work his magic and learnt from him about the best way of keeping the ZED looking good after he had got the UK350ZED looking spot on as well as tips from those on here including traders who have posted how they did their work. Nissan paint quality is not good and can be very thin in places so it is important that if you are going to attempt removing scratches/swirls you don't end up with much of the paint removed Heres a link to the detailing of UK350ZED viewtopic.php?f=22&t=13513&hilit=detailing
