Are you sure the spare wheel is held tightly in place with the large centre screw - if you don't have one of those there is your answer.

I find the A24 (from the M25 area) down to the A27 offers some good winding stretches and fair amout of dual (70mph) roads not too many cameras - nice watering/food stop at Kingsfold - The Wise Old Owl. Could loop back via the A29 from the A27. About an hour each way from the M25 and back.

Hope you have more success than me, been trying to persuade Jane to drive to Italy for the last four years without success, keep trying never June said she will fly there and back with some luggage and meet me there (she knows how I like to drive on anything with a few bends in it ) - I'm very tempted The only issue is whether there will be enough room in the car to bring back her purchases

Here is the manual - make sure you have followed all the procedures to use all the features - it is a bit of a pain having to enter each contact you want in the car's system individually and coping with the 'pardons' but once done I found it worked fine in my previous 350. With the 370 all you need to do is beam your phone contacts to the car's in-built system - piece of cake
